Good location and great pool for kids. Noisy due to proximity with main street and parking. Some maintenance needed in pool and water trea**ent.

This place was remarkable! Best vacation I’ve ever had! I felt so safe, everything was clean, and we never wanted to leave the resort as it had so many amenities. The pool was great, the bungalows are great, and the staff were very friendly! Definitely going back!

The room is very simple, quite sadly furnished and dirty. The general assistance is quite poor due to the limited. Be carefull to organize activities with them cause they will charge you more money just to keep something for themselves. The Banana Beach Club is very bad. The worst drinks I had in all Costa Rica. Staff very improfessional!!!!

Banana Beach Restaurant Is highly recommended . It’s a “must visit “ when staying in Santa Teresa Costs Rica . Whether you’re on a business trip friends or family vacation or a couples getaway. This restaurant offers an amazing menu of delicious food great health juices smoothies and drinks 🍹 Amazing 🤩 breakfast and wonderful friendly service all day long …..🏝️ It’s located on the beach . There’s a gorgeous a**osphere music and entertainment. So peaceful ☺️

This is a great location for walking to several different restaurants. The restaurant in front of hotel has lounge chairs which are a great option for lounging during the day. Service is hit or miss. Our drinks weren’t great but the fries and fried bread were. Loud music into the evening and a young fun party a**osphere. The seating area outside the room always had dust from the termites and ants. And the outside area needed a fan as there was no air movement. Soap and shampoo were supplied which was nice. Parking was spacious. Aircon worked and room stayed cool when out. Spotty internet.

Amazing spot, private and beautiful. Loved the outdoor kitchen. Beds were very comfortable. Pool was very nice. Restaurant was decent. Incredibly helpful at reception. Very friendly. The only thing we didn’t love was the very loud music they played on Wednesday and Saturday nights. As we have a toddler.

Great massage, not a bad price but be careful of your belongings, the lady took off my necklace and I didn’t get it back. I have called and messaged 5 people from managers to workers and no one wants to give me info on how to get it back. It is the massage on the beach, but the management knows who she is

As advertised, the property is awesome, clean, solid, good staff. Will be coming back…

The bungalow is way too expensive for what you get! We were not at all satisfied with the room and cannot recommend this hotel. Although we communicated all the points below, we did not receive an acceptable discount. - The TV did not work - the temperature of the shower could not be regulated. The water came out of the shower alternating between boiling hot and cold. - We had an incredible number of insects in the room. Ants and spiders, because between the main door and the floor was a gap of about one centimeter and they can just crawl in. Our clothes were full with ants! - The safe was defective and could not be used - The reception was not available like described and partly occupied.
