ここは地獄のようです。こんなに不潔で、カスタマー サービスが最悪なホテルに泊まったことはありません。エグゼクティブ ルームを予約しましたが、出されたサービスも言葉では言い表せません。エアコンは機能していません。シーツとタオルは臭く、部屋は汚いです。バスルームは汚すぎて、シャワーを浴びた後に気分が悪くなりました。バスルームの水は泥で茶色でした。私はなんとか 1 泊しましたが、翌日に退去したくて返金を求めました。オンライン予約をしたという理由だけで拒否されました。私たちはどんな時代に生きているのでしょうか。誰もがオンライン予約をしています。写真を見せましたが、経営陣は気にしていないようです。絶対にここには泊まらないでください。

ムンバイのガトコパーにある ROA ホテルで最悪の経験をした後、このレビューを書いています。部屋はまあまあでしたが、良くも悪くもありませんでした。食事は最悪、味も最悪、接客も最悪でした。この種のホテルはオンラインで一切信用してはいけないという例です。滞在中、朝食で命がけで巨大なホッチキスのピンでアループランタを出され、翌日サンバル イドゥリに髪の毛が入っていました。食事について苦情を申し立てましたが、経営陣は厳正な措置を取らず、むしろスチュワードが「受付で苦情を申し立てられました」と私をなじりました。この件についてホテルの経営陣に短いメールを送りましたが、ホテルの担当者からは 1 件も返信がありませんでした。これはまったく予想外のことでした。この問題に対する経営陣の態度は不適切でした。一般市民の利益のために、皆さんにも同じことをメモして、この種のホテルを避けることをお勧めします。

No hygiene, there were cockroaches in the room. Also had to go the main door to collect the food, restaurant food was forced.

Room bedsheet are worst and room colour smells bed room are like old and there nothing in hotel interesting in this hotel

Rooms, restaurant and even reception itself smells. Food is okay and not good. But for this place it’s better hotel

The hotel and the room were nice to stay. The location is perfect. But the attitude and behaviour of receptionist was not satisfactory. She was not polite and felt kind of arrogant in her behaviour. All other staffs were good. Also the rate per day for a room is a bit expensive.

Location of the hotel is in the main road market place. So it's very approachable. Cleanliness of the hotel is excellent. Employees of the hotel are very cooperative.

Very humble staff. Neat and clean room. Reception team is very cool and calm only the water pressure and temperature in the washrooms need an improvement location is fantastic, breakfast is good. The restaurant attendant is very humble all the time. I stayed in this hotel 4 times. The same staff is there. Means management is also good and taking good care of employees all the best to team and looking for next stay

Hotel is in an easily accessible location. Room is clean and tidy. Hotel staff were very helpful. Overall, had good experience staying there.
