We really enjoyed our stay. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. The amenities were comfortable and very clean. A bonus was the $40 given each day to use at the restaurant. The gym was well equipped. The location made it easy for us to get everywhere and was walking distance to the beach and many restaurants.

The Inn was nice except the air conditioner and bathroom exhaust didnt work. Great bartender. He made a great mojito! Had to pay extra for parking! And then had to valudate it daily to pay for it!! Restraunt food was good. And beach was not as close as stated on web site. We had to walk around to get there.

We traveled in mid-February with our 8 year old son with special needs. The property is beautiful and a 5 minute uber from the airport. Most of the staff spoke English and everyone we encountered was very friendly and helpful. Our king suite had plenty of space and a kitchenette. Our only complaints for the room were a musty humid smell. And that the shower doesn’t have a door, just a wall that extends half the length, so it is easy to get water on the floor and the mats they provide are small. The daily housekeeping was nice and a breakfast buffet is offered. You cannot leave the buffet with any food, but there was plenty of seating and a nice variety with eggs, meat, waffles, fruit and deli. The guacamole from the buffet was very good. The kids pool had a nice little waterslide and some sprayers that my son enjoyed. The large pool was warm and clean with comfortable lounge chairs and plenty of umbrellas. The walk to the beach was easy down Calle Dahlia, and I recommend going early to get beach chairs from the hotel. The beach is fantastic with calm clear water and lots of families and young couples. Overall I highly recommend this hotel, especially for families with young children.

This is our 4th time staying here and we both love it. It’s clean and everyone here is so nice. Close to everything and even close to pickup locations for excursions. Near ******s if you enjoy going and live music in several places nearby. Found our second home

Room smelled like cigarettes all stay. they kept spraying it but refused to change us rooms. After checkout we got charged a bunch of undisclosed resort fees as well

I would stay here again. The staff was very pleasant, I like the fact they give you a $40 credit each day to use at the bar. I wish they more choices to eat than what was on the menu especially for people that is stay more than two days beside that the overall experience was good. The bed and pillows were comfortable and my room was very clean.

Not great. Been traveling since 4am, room (which was prepaid) is not ready and there is not any convenient access to the beach. Description on ******* says “2 minutes to beach” but you would need to be a crow, because it is all privately owned and gated. Good, friendly restaurant close by, but we were hoping to get out of our cold weather clothes and enjoy the beach. The staff are professional but not helpful; we are new visitors to the area and would have welcomed some information about the neighborhood. Probably a good spot for business travelers or guests with small children. Pool area looks fun for kids. Rooms are clean.
