This hotel is a unique experience of a converted 17 th century home. It is so stylish and gracefully furnished with the most exquisite fabrics. The bedrooms are gorgeous and beds and linen superb. The staff are the friendliest we have met and so personal, the breakfast was delicious. I have stayed in luxury hotels which don’t come close to the service, style, and friendliness of this amazing hotel, located by all the best shops and restaurants. We want to live here permanently- alas life and work beckons. Do it! Stay her and have a fantastic experience 🇨🇴♥️🇨🇴♥️

I spent 3 nights there, large room, very peaceful, great breakfast, great quality-price ratio compared to what is around which tends to be abusively expensive for what it is. Thank you Antonio for the great service, I would definitely be glad to come back!

Casa Quero Hotel is such a reliable hotel, i really loved to go there, i also appreciate the service that Antonio gave to us, Antonio is a great leader at this hotel, i will never forget Cartagena, This is a Colonial House well located at historical town

Very nicely kept casa, fantastic quiet but accessible location with wonderful staff and spotless clean!! We feel like aesthetically it could get more attention, and we had some plumbing issues in the shower.. I just need some facilities update in that regard. Otherwise very well equipped

Loved this hotel and would definitely stay again. Rooftop pool is perfect, breakfast is delicious and rooms are clean and spacious. Only minor complaint was hot water in the shower wasn't mixing properly so it would alternate between too hot or luke warm. Totally a minor problem. Overall I really enjoyed the stay and wish we had stayed longer.

LOVED this hotel! Awesome part of town, cute streets, close to amazing restaurants. Spacious rooms, delicious breakfast, great water pressure in the shower! We will definitely be back!

Such a lovely place! Charming building with a lot of character while still being a comfortable, cool, clean place to stay. The staff was so nice (even though we don’t speak any Spanish) and the location was perfect—walking distance to everything in the old town.

Beautiful hotel at a great price point. Hotel Quero is a former colonial home that has managed to retain so many beautiful details. We stayed in the Grand Suite and the room was beautiful-we were in awe of the massive space, super tall ceilings, and spacious bathrooms. The air conditioner worked miracles in the heat, and we loved watching life go by from our balcony. Breakfast was generous-so much food and delicious. The rooftop pool was definitely a highlight for us. During mid day when the sun was hottest we would return to the hotel for a swim and I’m not sure how we would have survived without it. Also the hotel is very small and we barely saw anyone else which made our stay feel like a real escape, in a great way. Staff was excellent and accommodating. Also, we thought the location was perfect. Its in a quieter area of the walled city so not in the middle of all of the chaos-but definitely walking distance. We absolutely loved our stay.

I really loved the staff! They were very sweet about anything I needed. The property is old but will maintained.
