we did not end up staying here because they changed our reservation 2 days before we landed and they actually changed it twice! They said we would get airport pick up to take us to the new hotel, never happened. Extremely disappointed for the money we paid!

Trip.com did not pay the full amount to the hotel and we were not allowed in until we paid the rest. Opening a case with support and will update the review if trip.com is helpful. Do not book here with trip.com!

Great staff and good food. The building needs a few repairs. Looks like it’s falling apart in certain areas, but it sure has potential. 👍

Dont stay here! I lost in my room a 14k gold ring and no one did nothing about it they just make me look like i was making a story up! The house keeper went to room and ask me and she make a “report” and never again i saw her i ask in the reception and nothing!! lost a 500 dollars ring! And no one knows about it! Its not save to leave your jewelry or nothing valuable! And the hotel dose not look like in the pictures! And the pool dose not have filter!

The property location is centralized a lot of options to eat and it’s walkable and safe. The room was just Ok for us it’s very dark it needs more lightning and I understand they want to keep the original architecture but it needs a few updates. The restroom was very dark. The pressure of the shower was very low. The staff are very nice and extremely helpful. We only had breakfast there their coconut lemonade and iced coffee is the best. I would definitely come back to Cartagena but perhaps try a different hotel.

old and beautiful quaint property with only 14 rooms so you really felt like you got personal attention, loved having 2 king beds in our room, breakfast was very tasty with fresh fruit and quality omelet, staff was very attentive

Our stayed was wonderful!, I love the hotel, how the keeping it and the decorations, and very clean. What I liked the most is location wise, everything is nearly walking excellent location. The room was very comfortable, clean and the bed was amazing.
