第一次來摩洛哥，在網上選看了很多酒店，最終選擇了格雷精品酒店，酒店非常舒服，房價很大，服務態度好，來摩洛哥值得再次入住；

房間很大 可是衞生間差 排水不暢 小 早餐種類少 但是有馬卡龍

The hotel has great staff and offered good transportation to the airport. and the lobby and restaurant look great. Bed is amazing and pillows great, good space in the junior suite. However, the hotel is old, hardwood floors are dinged and stained, carpet in the hallways is very old and looks bad, the bathroom shower had water clogged, with an unfinished concrete look that is not nice (you can see dirt stains in concrete), and there is no Laundry service contrary to what's advertised in *******.

Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was far from satisfactory. The outdated property, coupled with dirty bathrooms resembling tiny chambers, left a lasting negative impression. No slippers were provided, and the restriction to a single key added unnecessary hassle.

As a well-traveled family who has experienced numerous hotels of similar caliber, this Casablanca boutique hotel stands out as an unparalleled gem. From the moment we stepped in, the warmth of hospitality enveloped us. The family/friendly rooms exuded comfort, comfortable beds, spacious living room with cozy sofa and Tv with various programs and applications such Netflix, very good breakfast and the thoughtful amenities surpassed our expectations. Having explored various destinations, we confidently attest that this hotel surpasses its counterparts, offering an exceptional blend of Moroccan charm and top-notch service as well as an excellent Spa, and I found all what I needed at the gym in the fifth floor :) It has set a new standard for excellence in our family’s travel experiences.

Worst experience the air conditioning is not working no information was given when we checked in later asked they informed to open the window and sleep. Staff unfriendly and rude not willing to help and asked to find another hotel as they can’t help

Together with two other couples, we had come to Casablanca for a wedding. The hotel is conveniently located in a quiet area with many restaurants in the neighbourhood, the big mosque in walking distance, anything else easily reachable by cheap taxis (beware: tendency to cheat the meter). The three rooms were spacious, one nearly double size from the two others, with separate bedrooms. Poor state of maintenance everywhere, staff tries hard to help. Cleanlines so-so. Beds are comfortable, wardrobes small, baths too, with hardly any surface to put toileteries on. Walk-in showers with grime and mold in corners. Towels vary in shades from gray to brownish and are very frayed, but get changed daily for others of the same quality. The hotel was extremely skimpy with toilet paper, for no apparent reason, to the point that one of us got a big pack from a near-by supermarket to supply all of us. Breakfast from a buffet, quite poor, not a trace of the wonderful local fruit offered everywhere and available in abundance. Coffee is very sad, the machine was broken, so there was Nescafe in its well-known lousy quality with sugared ! milk - none other available in three days.

One of my favorites hotels to stay at , exquisite service and very friendly staff, beautiful rooms😍 . I will be coming agin very soon. Thank you for your hospitality ,see u again when I'm in Casablanca .
