ロードウェイ イン(Rodeway Inn)

Property was dirty. Found linens ( towel and odd cloth) in the bed between sheets. Window was open, outside temp was 26 degrees. Toilet handle was broke. Worst bed I have ever tried to sleep on.

The only truly awful thing of this place is: no heat, no one to fix so spent the night in a very cold room; gouging...went there the first time and paid, I believe, around 65 to 80; when I stopped a month later if was $165...I asked why...they said it was summer...this is gouging...I am sorry and too boot they were rude

There were no full-size towels in the bathroom only a hand towel and a washcloth. No soap, no shampoo, no bathmat. The heater was off when we arrived, and it took more than four hours for the room to warm up. Had to sleep in my coat and sweatpants, however, the manager was responsive and polite

This room looked like the cleaning was unfinished before we were given the key. Very dirty, very bad smell.

My room had no towels, or hot water, the remote for the TV fid not work, and the deadbolt fid not latch properly. Atleast, the bed was comfortable.

We had 3 room reservations at this hotel for work. Showed up to check in around 4:15 only 1 room was ready so we went to check it out smelled like an ashtray the fir alarm was on desk with no battery. Bathroom was disgusting just a really small room. While one of the other rooms was getting cleaned we looked in the 3rd room and it was so disgusting stain on the mattress pad, piss stained pillow and then the bathroom was totally reck just a dump. So we go and talk to the manager and told her we’re not staying at the hotel she asked why so I showed her the pictures I took of my room and she said its not clean but it’s being cleaned said no way. This should not be a Choice Hotel its an absolute dump. I’d give it a minus if I could. Attaching pictures of one room

A month or so before, and on a business trip, I stayed at this motel; it was a good stay and prices were fair; however, last week, I made the same trip for prudent and hurtful family matters. I had decided due to the experience on the prior trip I would not go to my favorite motel which is a Super 8...checked in..$168.00!!1 I asked why...seasonal..well, that comes right back to gouging. This stay was $90 more than the previous stay! It is ran by a Syrian lady and employees. So, I get up the next morning to shower and shave! No hot water; I go to the office and no help there...leave the water run for 15 or 20 minutes..."I did that," and "that is wasting critical water needs." They were unsympathetic and never offered a partial refund... Needless to say, there are three or more trips coming up soon that will need to stay over before moving onward...IT WILL NOT BE HERE... RUDE!

I would not recommend Rodeway Inn in Casper, Wyoming because for one the rooms are very small and they don’t have a handicap room for people who are disabled and the sidewalk is very difficult to get on especially for people who are disabled and the manager is really rude the only good experience I my husband Lance and I had was that the housekeeper was really nice and friendly and very helpful and a very hard worker.

Property has seen better days. Room was reasonably clean. No amenities to speak of, not even a place to hang a coat, No closet. Never stay there again
