非常に広くて、防音性の高い部屋。朝食は食べませんでしたが、バーでコーヒーのみで、カウンターで2ユーロはちょっと高かったです。地下鉄 Gessate 駅から数km、静かなエリアにある機能的なホテル。ミラノ以外での品質を求める方にとって、経済的な選択肢として有効です。

ナイトメア ホテル 4 つ星ホテルを期待して予約しましたが、代わりに悪夢のような経験をしました。 到着し、チェックインすると、支払いが表示されないことを知らされ、どのサイトから予約したかを伝え、支払いの領収書（サイトの名前ではなく、彼らの名前で発行された領収書）を見せると、部屋の代金を返金させられました。 、この場合は返金されると伝えました。ひどいスタートを切りました、まあ、スマートテレビに驚いて部屋に入りました！残念なことに、チャンネルは 4 つしかなく (外国人のみ)、テレビ、電話、PC からはケーブルと Wi-Fi の両方でインターネット アクセスが利用できません。ああ、少なくともエアコンは機能します。バスタブ付きバスルーム！楽しいお風呂に入って、災難を忘れてください。髪の毛でいっぱいの浴槽はありません....フロントに電話したり、写真を撮ったりすることはできますが、何もせず、すべてをすすぎ、大量の水を無駄にして、すぐにシャワーを浴びて行きます！帰り際、さまざまな問題を報告するために受付に行きましたが、その答えは次のとおりでした。床のインターネットは現在機能していません。浴槽内の髪の毛については申し訳ありません。 部屋の変更は期待していませんでした...でも、少なくともOK、申し訳ありませんでした!ご予約に朝食が含まれていない場合は、朝食を提供するか、次回のご滞在のバウチャーをお渡しします（これは二度と起こりません）。作り笑いは禁止です。この場では申し訳ありませんが、ご了承ください。こんばんは！ たとえ部屋を提供されたとしても、同じような経験は二度としたことはありません

Attention!!!!! PUNAISES DE LIT. Je me suis faite mordre par des punaises de lit donc je n’ai pas dormi toute la nuit car j’avais peur que mes enfants se fasse mordre aussi!!!!!! HORRIBLE!

We are on tour and the restaurant waited for our dinner one hour and a half their service was perfect the dinner and we were served but Claudia sh was amazing

Crazy story… I’ve booked the room on Booking and apparently they changed the date of my booking. I rang the hotel and the guy with the name Enzo who did the Best ever customer service change the date and make it sure the room is exactly as we wanted. Unfortunately we didn’t had the opportunity to stay in the hotel, we had to cancel our trip because of the baby ( end up in hospital). Enzo was very kind and he even call us back to see if we did change our mind and to make sure everything is fine. I would love to hear more stories like this because the humanity still exists.
