i booked AC room, they charged that amount, but AC was not working, The price is very expensive. Not committed to what they say, Very very very bad experience , none was picking the call at reception for the complaint, they cheated me completely.

Worst hotel ever. Wash rooms stinking. AC not working. No force of water in wash rooms. No proper room service. Have called on reception for 3-4 times but no service *** turned up. Even tv remotes are not proper. No recommendation for this hotel. Highly priced.

I had booked 2 Executive AC Rooms for 15-16 March 2023 at Hotel Ganapati Palace by WB Economy Shirdi. The service of this hotel was worst ever I have experienced. Linens were dirty, stained and stinky. Bathroom was dirty. Despite repeated requests, the house keeping staff was indifferent inasmuch as they never attended to our requests. AC was not working properly. TV too was erratic. Last but not the least, the hotel staff never bothered to offer us drinking water in rooms. The tariff charged for Executive AC Rooms is certainly not the value for money.

Good hotel to stay with friendly budget and caring staff, very near to temple and located at very nice place. Parking space is very open east to park the vehicle, clean room, reasonable pricing for stay and food. Nice Restaurent for having breakfast, lunch and dinner

Excellent location. One straight road to temple 500 mtrs. Ample parking. Inhouse restaurant of Woodlands group. Good rooms. Negative is that the lift is very small and very very slow. You have to waste atleast 100 to 200 litres of water to get hot water depending on the weather. In 3 days, we took cold water bath for 2 days and one day, we got a bucket of hot water delivered to the room. Rest is wonderful. Water is precious. Recommend installing individual geysers and replacing the lift with faster one.
