Had the best time at this beautiful quirky hotel. Everything was perfect from the room to the very helpful staff. Would definitely stay again Our friends had a very regal room & we had a very comfortable beautiful room too.

This is a perfectly situated hotel in the centre of Castres. The directions we were given, in advance, for parking were spot on, with the secure, covered car park being literally around the corner from the hotel. The owners and their team are very welcoming and friendly. Our room was on the second floor and the owner carried all our bags up for us! The room had a Medieval theme and was spacious and comfortable with a large comfortable bed. The bathroom had tub and shower and was spotlessly clean. Also had a make up/shaving mirror. The bar was very cosy with interesting decor and very comfy tub chairs. We enjoyed our drinks which were reasonably priced. The owners took the time to stop and chat to us which was nice. I understand dinner is also available although we did not eat in the hotel as we had already committed to dining elsewhere in Castres. Breakfast was very good with excellent coffee and a good choice of cereals, bread, boiled eggs, toast, cold meat, cheese, yoghurt, fruit and juices. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others. .

Great location in 17 century building. Easy overnight parking on the street. Good breakfast. Definetely visit Goya museum, 5 min walk

We were exhausted after a very hot day and picked this hotel because it has good ratings. As soon as we got in, a very friendly and professional young lady named Celia greeted us and immediately upgraded us to a cool room with a Medieval décor- she even helped me lug my heavy bags up two flights ! The room is ,well furnished, , comfortable bed, nice bathroom and plenty of room to store our stuff. They have a little locked parking for my motorcycle. We turned the air conditioning on full blast and after a nice shower chilled out. When we walked out to grab dinner, I noticed that each room has a different décor; there's even one called he Harry Potter Room! Breakfast was excellent and overall, the service was exceptional and friendly. Four star service with a true love for hospitality and service. Celia, thanks a lot!

Lovely quirky hotel with couple of mins walking distance to the square in Castres.Unusual and very interesting decor.Room (ours was Chinese themed)was amazing,very spacious with huge comfortable bed and very high ceilings..All mod cons too,large TV with Netflix,Good WiFi,mini fridge,good air con.Great nights sleep,quiet room.Breakfast was great,in a lovely room with plenty of tasty food and drinks to choose from.Staff and owner all very friendly .Valet parking was useful. Would highly recommend this lovely characterful hotel.

Fantastic little family-owned hotel in the centre of Castres. I stayed in the Rennaissance room which was huge, with a very comfortable bed and decent shower and bathroom. The bar downstairs is great, I ended up having a beer with the owner and his friends, which was fantastic as they were all so nice and it's the kind of experience you'd just never get in a bigger business hotel. Parking was 6 euros and is about 200 metres from the hotel. That's more than acceptable for a hotel that is bang in the centre of the old town. My one grievance is that the restaurant is very small. I ended up eating out, but if it had been a bit more spacious I would ceretainly have eaten at the hotel. All in all a unique hotel with lovely, friendly staff in a great location. Highly recommended.

Had a fantastic week visiting Castres and Toulouse. The hotel was central and staff so friendly. They went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and important to them. I am vegan and they got me soya milk for breakfast, there was bread, jam, fruit etc. Castres itself is a fantastic town with loads of restaurants and bars that cater for all tastes. Thankyou so much for making us feel so welcome. Your Scottish friends will be back🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿🇫🇷.

Fantastic hotel. Staff were exceptional and really helpful with every query we had. The bed was extremely comfortable and the room was quirky. Excellent location and very close to the centre - only a one minute walk. Situated in a quiet location. Breakfast was very filling and tasty. Every was great and highly recommended
