ホテルはとても清潔。素晴らしいサービス。残念ながら、朝食には不満がたくさんあります。しかし、満足感は素晴らしいコーヒーです。

Upon arrival, we thought the hotel had been shut down. Broken windows, paint peeling off the building. No prompt on how to enter the building. When checking in, the atmosphere was dark, dull and the place felt abandoned. The room was awful. Nothing close to the pictures. A large room with a brown bed, brown canvas on the wall with Smokey walls. No decorations to make it feel nice - this was an upgraded room. The bathroom smelt terrible, mould & miserable. The pool was closed. The spa was closed. Nothing in walking distance. Told the beach was 25min drive. No restaurants apart from the one on site, looked deserted. We checked out after 5minutes. Asked to see the manager, not available. Had no response to our complaint. Looks like they don’t care as it’s evident they don’t care about this hotel. I would describe it as a 1 star motel of nightmares.

Soulless hotel that markets itself as a resort hotel but when we arrived October 21 the outdoor pool was shut, the indoor pool was not available to hotel guests, we were given a room that was terrible (a so called superior room that looked nothing like the picture on the website and had one chair, limited natural light), various technology that didn’t work, food awful and nothing like the expected levels of a 4 sta venue (supposedly). The hotel has no comfortable seating inside and the bar / restaurant is basic and lacks any kind of atmosphere. The spa has been built in an underground cavernous space that isn’t at all restful. Even finding the hotel required a ridiculously dangerous sharp right turn off a major dual carriageway. Compared with other Italian hotels and venues I have stayed, this was dreadful and not up to standard.

Very friedly staff, comfortable rooms in a wonderful part of Italy. Andrea Romano from front desk was extremely kind and helpful at all times with my demands. Dinner is served by the amazing hotel pool. Food is anything other than sublime. Definitely planning to come back.

The hotel is clean and normal but there is no logic. First of all, I am sorry for the workers in the bar and restaurant. We stayed for 2 nights, and the same staff worked all the time, in the morning and in the evening also. Thats hard! So, there is a pool what you can use only between 10.00 a.m. - 18.00 p.m. I mean, why? If you travel to the downtown for sightseeing, than you cant use the pool in the morning nor in the late afternoon or evening... nonsense. You have to pay more if you want to use the spa. The hotel has a restaurant named "Pizzeria" but there is no pizza at all :D In the second night there was a fire alarm around 2 a.m., but there was no fire anywhere, only the workers suffered something. The staff are nice and helpful.

Pessima esperienza. Nella stessa ora c'era la SPA strapiena, circa 20 persone, la gente faceva schiamazzi e discussioni ad alta voce, una ragazzina scendeva in acqua non usando le scale e schizzando, il personale osservava senza dire nulla, nella sauna c'era una comitiva di 6 persone che parlava ad alta voce tipo riunione di condominio, Inizialmente la vasca con i lettini non si attivava, circa 15 minuti, e ci è stato detto che i tecnici ci stavano lavorando, l'acqua delle vasche era molto fredda così da affollare l'unica vasca calda che c'era. Non mi era mai capitato di sentire freddo all'interno di un centro benessere. Abbiamo pagato 50 euro a persona per passare un ora non sicuramente di relax. I camerini sono molto piccoli considerando le persone che devono cambiare contemporaneamente, non bastano neanche i piani d'appoggio. Sconsigliatissimo.

È stata una Bell esperienza. Ci hanno dato la spa privata. Prima ci hanno accompagnato negli spogliatoi poi nella spa dove abbiamo trovato tisane e frutta fresca e dopo un ora ci hanno chiamato per il massaggio. Molto pulito e organizzato nei minimi dettagli, gentili e professionali ci torneremo sicuramente.

Abbiamo fatto la Spa privata tutto curatissimo e ambiente bellissimo e pulito, la proprietatia super accogliente e gentilissima, le due ragazze Clara e Samanta le massaggiatrici davvero bravissime torneremo presto per sfuggire allo stress quotidiano.

Ottimo soggiorno al 4 resort Spa hotel. Abbiamo soggiornato per due notti. Ideale per chi pratica sport, dove all'interno vi è una palestra e una piscina molto frequentata a cui consiglio di prenotare in anticipo nei giorni per i giorni in cui si pernotta. inoltre a pochi metri dall'hotel potete praticare running sul lungomare che offre una vista spettacolare del golfo dei ciclopi. L'ultima sera abbiamo cenato con una buonissima pizza, dove abbiamo trovato personale accogliente soprattutto il maître di sala professionale e gentilissimo. Camera ben accessoriata. La posizione dell hotel è ideale e non lontana per visitare Acitrezza, Acicastello, Acireale ecc, tutto 10 massimo 20 minuti con la macchina. Consigliatissimo.

Sorpresa stamani...tutto l'albergo senza acqua...neanche l'espresso a colazione a causa di questo disservizio... Ottima posizione ma servizio inefficiente. Spa non attiva da molti mesi. Accertatevi prima di prenotare. La signora bionda, con accento straniero in reception poco cordiale.
