トロピカル パラダイス ホテル(Tropical Paradise)

The hotel needs a bit of TLC,repair locks on doors to rooms and re -fix plug socket to wall. Some staff not friendly or helpful at all. We asked for a cup of ice and were told to wait until the bar opened!

A well staffed, charming place. Leroy & Steve in particular are excellent...Boat trips/tours of the wonders in the water are fantastic! A nice pool overlooking the ocean. A beautiful dock to swim off of in the ocean. All the great things on the island are within walking distance. Great place to chill for all ages.

Staff were very welcoming and very accommodating. The property has security at night ... pool is nice but cold lol 2 second walk to the ocean... food at the restaurant on-site is very good ... I would stay there again.

If I hadn't booked through ******* they would have charged $104, with ******* it was $79. But it was a wood box only big enough for the 2 wood platform beds and table. Like a dorm room or hostel, no tv but wires hanging loose from the wall. At least there was Aircon and towels but that's all.

The staff is very friendly and helpful, but the property is really run down. The tv didn’t work, the safe didn’t work, the pool was closed 2 days, the restaurant was closed 3 days, the wifi went out twice, and maid service was very late if at all.

The staff was helpful and always working to keep the property clean. The bed was rock hard. You pay for what you get. The room was large and furnishings and linen was basic. It was nice to cool down in the pool. I highly recommend renting a bike to access the island.

The hotel was clean. Staff courteous. I would stay there again for sure. Only thing Check out is 10:30. Thats a little too early.

The property could have been. Cleaner and the property needs to have materials to replace things

Checkin was disappointing, I am visiting from Las Vegas, I guess being spoiled by checking in at 11am, compared to checking in at 2 and after 330 pm, well need I say anymore. And what bothered me the most was because my child is disabled and couldn't get her in a room to even change her diapers. And took a bath with my floor towels as there were no towels available. Truly Disappointed.
