It’s very convenient for me to go to Milano. And the room is bigger than my think before

My 16 year old son unfortunately left his passport on the front counter as he checked out. Some 11 days later he realised that it was missing! This was on his way to Munich Airport with his team to get his flight home. Panic!! I called the hotel, and they confirmed his memory. I asked if they could possibly send this passport via DHL (or Fedex) to his airport hotel in Munich and I would pay them now whatever it took. They could not do this I was told, it was against their policy. I booked DHL to pick the passport up, they said they could, and went to pick it up and demanding the hotel pay first, this despite our booking stating that the fee would be paid by our son. DHL now refused. It's now Friday afternoon, Fedex could not pick up before the weekend, so my son was stuck in a Munich Airport Hotel for the weekend until we could make alternative arrangements the following week. I called Record Hotel at least 6 times and pleaded with them to help a 16 year old stuck in a Hotel by themselves, I repeatedly asked to speak with the General Manager, who over 3 days of my calling was never available. After 6 days/nights my son received his Passport via Fedex, arranged by ourselves, My only compliment to Record Hotel is that Fabio, the front office Manager was very helpful, but he was bound by his employer's rules not to help. Why they could not have called our son's Team Manager some 11 days earlier to state that there is a 16-year-olds Passport left behind, would be a stress free solution.

I would recommend for a business trip. Very good communication with the highway. Breakfasts tasty and not just Italian style.

We were on a business trip whilst staying. Good things - Clean, helpful staff, good selection on breakfast buffet, Turin town only 15 min taxi drive Not so great - rooms a bit tired looking (cracks in walls etc), near busy dual carriageway and despite other reviews saying you couldn't hear it, you definitely can, nothing really in walking distance It served a purpose but wouldn't stay here if on holiday.

Needed an affordable place to stay for the night and found this. The room was ok and so on, but there was absolutely no sound isolation whatsoever. I could hear all my neighbours talking and walking, all the plumbing sounds, sounds from the street and from the aisle... so be prepared with a good set of earplugs. The restaurant's mood and lighting was somehow strange, it had a rest home vibe, only vegetarian option was not tasty (gnocchi). Breakfast was ok for the price and personnel were nice.

A nice hotel,have stayed there many times in the past .due to having family members in Settimo Torinese.Had a bad experience this time with incompetent staff in the breakfast room.Definitely won’t be going again.

Great hotel to stay, lively staff and nice restaurant.
