If you would like a good photo for IG or FB, this is the place for you. I would not describe this place is a resort. This place would be better described as a hotel located within a private gated community. Upon check-in, no one showed us around the area or described anything to us about the grounds. It was apparent that the community around us was separate from the resort. The resort is actually a very small plot of land adjacent to the coast line, which is not Sandy. Only accessible in evening tides. The public beach itself is brown and only a small area. The pool is very nice and picturesque. The grounds has a unique architecture. What is the need of repair and painting. It was a long walk from the so-called resort area to our Barricks. Security is kind enough to take us on the golf cart to our rooms. The energy of the place is that of an old military base and the rooms are located in a military style barracks. It’s like a craft hotel. The rooms have no storage or dresser drawers for your clothing or anywhere to hang anything. The bathroom is cramped and small and believe it or not to receive a blanket do you have to pay an extra 200 pesos per night. The shower was equipped with a hot water heater, which worked well, and the queen size bed was big enough. The air conditioner was cold and noisy but the lack of a blanket made it uncomfortable. The television who is equipped with many channels, however the reception was poor. There is no bar on site however, they can make alcoholic beverages upon request in the dining area of the resort. Across the street from the barracks rooms is a café that is only open during the morning for breakfast. We had breakfast included, which consisted of only one egg, small pieces of bacon, three pieces of toast, some lettuce, and coffee. There was no Buffet. We booked for four nights but could only tolerate it for one night. I only recommend this is a short term stay no more than one night as there’s boring and there’s nothing here to do and no activities. The restaurant menu is limited as well. In conclusion, I would classify this place as a hotel. I would not call it a resort. It’s a place where you can post special events with a nice view.

I stayed here for 5 days. The views are incredible, the food is great, the room was excellent, the staff was generally helpful and friendly, I was also surprised how little we ended up spending on food after all that room service. Some gardens like Alejandra are walkable if you can stand the heat. There are a view things you'll need to expect though, when coming here. They don't take credit cards, so be ready to pay cash. There is no ATM anywhere nearby, Balamban may be the closest. There are no taxis on the mountain road, and the hotel can't help find you a ride. There are vans that run up and down the road intermittently but they're usually full and won't stop. If you don't want to hitchhike, plan transportation in advance. One other unavoidable thing is bugs and lizards. It's in the middle of the mountains and surrounded by jungle so this just needs to be expected. The room was clean and comfortable but they will get in, mostly ants. There was also a power outage in just our room, they weren't aware until we contacted them and they were able to restore power once they knew. A few menu items seemed consistently unavailable. Some contacts like ”front desk” were not open/responsive much, but others like the restaurant would be able to help instead, it's a small and casual place with only a framework to be bigger, a bit wonky :) Again though, as a mountain retreat, it's amazing.

世界40カ国以上、ゲストハウスからラグジュアリーリゾートまでいろいろ泊まってきて、今回４回目のセブ。 バディアンは自然に囲まれた１島１リゾートで何も予定入れずのんびり過ごせて、都会のギラついたリゾートホテルとは違い、プライベート感あってセロトニンが大放出されました♡ 現地では高級リゾートですが、日本円で考えると高くないし本当に行ってよかった！ 食事も優しい味付けで好みでした。 期待してなかったけどお湯もでました。 ここに到着前に数日間ローカルに滞在していた時に何かが当たったようで食中毒だったり、怪我をしたりしていたのですが、薬をくれたり果物差し入れしてくれたりして助かりましたし、スタッフがフレンドリーで優しかった。 ちゃんと教育されていると感じました。 自然なので仕方ないのですが、虫やヤモリは結構いて格闘しましたけどね💦 ラーメンと同じで好みは人それぞれですが、わたし好みのリゾートだったのでまた来ます！！

まず、クエスト ホテルの宿泊施設とスタッフの温かい対応を強調したいと思います。スタッフの対応のおかげで、滞在は素晴らしいものになりました。また、アメニティも充実しており、滞在中の安全と保護を確実にする衛生プロトコルも万全です。もう 1 つの称賛に値する点は朝食ビュッフェです。予算内でこれ以外に選択肢はないと言えるでしょう。一言で言えば、1 ペニーの価値があります。最後に、とても親切でフィリピン流のおもてなしをしてくれたスタッフには本当に感謝しています。スタッフはいつもお客様を迎えてくれ、お客様のニーズに応えてくれます。クエスト ホテルでの滞在は最高で、本当に我が家にいるような気分でした。

全体的に施設もすっきりしたようでアヤラモールとついていてアクセシビリティも悪くなく、スタッフもフレンドリーなようだが 残念なことがあれば、デラックスキングルームを予約しましたが、デラックスツインルームを割り当てました。 連泊なので毎日清掃とタオルを交換するときに手拭くタオルは交換をしないでくれ、ある日はタオル2枚だけ交換してくれ、ある日はまたタオル2枚、大きなタオル1枚交換してくれ、スリッパは元々交換をしないのか使い捨てスリッパで4日以内に履いて少し不便でした

2泊しました。どこのスタッフも笑顔で挨拶、対応してくれます。そして、セキュリティがしっかりしています。人の良さはありますが、そのほかに満足できません。 部屋 ・部屋の匂いが良いとはいえず、少し気になりました。 ・部屋は比較的綺麗です。劣化しているところはいくつかあります。 ・シャワーの水圧は十分で、熱さも調整できます。トイレもよく流れます。 ・私が泊まった部屋のランクだと、バスローブやタオルなどはなく、バスタオルのみです。電話すればもらえます。 ・ドライヤーはよく機能しません。 ・ベッドは硬めでした。 ・部屋のWi-Fiは遅いです。洗面台のところではWi-Fiは使えません。 朝食ビュッフェ ・種類が多くあります。味は、、フルーツは美味しかったです。 場所 ・近くにモールがあるのでそこのスーパーでお土産を購入しました。空港のお土産はとても高いのでよかったです。 ・2日目の夜はどこからか騒音が聞こえてきてうるさかったです。 ・マクタン空港から近く、平日午前中で30分弱くらいかかりました。 その他 ・チェックインの際にデポジット4000ペソ必要です。そのためか、とても時間がかかります。チェックアウトの際に何もなければ返金されます。 ・チェックアウトは比較的スムーズです。ドライバーが来るのに時間がかかっていた時、スタッフが心配して声をかけてくれたり、外を確認してくれたりしました。ありがとうございました！

7月ソレアマクタンリゾートのガーデンビュールームに家族4人で2部屋、四泊しました。様々なバリエーションのプールで子供達は毎日泳いで大満足でした。 INFLATABLEプールとキッズクラブのHAPPY PEBBLES CLUBは一日大人600ペソ、子供300ペソです。他のプールは宿泊者は無料で入れます。セキュリティーの方が危険な行為をしっかり見ていてくれるので、安心して遊ばせられました。一度水中カメラをプールの中に落として無くしてしまったら、セキュリティーの方が泳いで見つけてくれました。ありがとうございました。 海でのアクティビティーが無かったので、もっとあれば参加したかったです。 ソレアマクタンリゾートで宿泊予約しましたが、部屋はSolea palmという建物でした。とても綺麗な内装で清潔で良かったです。2部屋予約したうち、1部屋はドライヤーとセキュリティーボックスが故障していました。片方の部屋のものを使ったので問題なかったのですが、故障していた部屋だけの予約だったら大変だったかも。アメニティーは備え付けのシャンプーとボディーソープ、歯ブラシと石鹸とくししかありません。必要なものは持参した方がいいです。 お部屋はガーデンビューというより野原が広がっており、牛がワイルドに放牧されていました。子供が毎朝「牛がご飯食べてる！」と喜んで見ていました笑 食事は朝食はビュッフェ、昼食、夕食はレストランで食べたのですが、一品が大量なので頼み方に注意です。ピザが焼きたてでとても美味しかったです。ただ一階レストランとルーフトップバーのメニューが同じなので、4泊したら食事のバリエーションがなくて飽きてきたので、ホテルから歩いてすぐの韓国料理店に行きました。このレストラン向かいで両替店、お土産店がプレオープンしていて良かったです。両替店で足りない分を両替し、滞在中の水やお菓子などは隣の韓国スーパーで買い物できました。 色々書きましたが、とても快適で満足な宿泊でした。子供達はまた行きたいと言っています。快適な宿泊を提供してくれたスタッフの方々に感謝です。

施設は少しだけ古びていたけど、かなり満足度の高い滞在でした！ 子供用プールは早くメンテナンスしてほしいです。 朝食のレベルがとても高いです。 種類も豊富だし、美味しくて毎朝嬉しかったです。 ポロロパークは安くなってほしい。 高すぎて入れないです。
