房間很大，床也很大，很舒服，衹是沒有熱水喝。

Door to the building did not open. I was told to walk around the building to the other side and use that door. It was dark and cold and not a safe environment. Then once in the room finally the deadbolt did not lock. The room was not cleaned well.

Upon arrival, our key to the room did not work twice, after the third time he assigned a new room. After attempting to enter that room, the key would not work. We had to sit in our vehicle for almost an hour, it was freezing outside, extremely late, and not the safest place for 2 females. We went back to the office and they assigned us to our 3rd room, on the opposite side of the building. The key worked. We paid for 2 Queen suite and this room was only 1 bed and a pullout sofa. The cabinet door was ripped off exposing bare nails, the toilet didn’t work- we had fill up the trashcan and poor into toilet to flush. The bathtub was severely cracked, no stopper for the tub. By the time we were able to get to bed it was almost 6am. We called the front desk to discuss the issues with the room, the lady was VERY rude and unprofessional- she even hung up on us. We called an hour later to request a late check out- the same lady said yes but not an hour. 20 mins into the late check out I was taking a quick shower and all of the sudden the water was turned off so I was unable to finish my shower or brush my teeth. Housekeeping continuously knocked on door- even after informing them of late check out. I am disgusted at the way we were treated. The unprofessionalism of the staff was jaw dropping. Our safety was not taken into consideration. I’ve never experienced a hotel stay like this in my life.

The hotel was nice enough but with a full kitchen, there was no dishes, no coffee pot, no coffee , no paper towels no even so much as a paper cup to drink out of. What good is a full kitchen when traveling if you can't use it. There isn't even a restaurant close by to get food.

Not as good as I remember. Quality of hotel and services have diminished. Plenty of room left to work on improving services.

Mostly clean. Microwave was definitely not cleaned, some hair on the floor behind the bathroom door. Odd little hotel. Unusually high ceiling. Everything else seemed really clean and new. The window looked straight into a weird little alley with a brick wall a few feet in front of the window. The checkin wasn't super warm and welcoming but if you just need sleep for a night it was fine. TV channel selections were weird too.

I arrived and was serviced fast and given my access card to find that the maids was still working on it. After ten or fifteen minutes, my first impressions was good. Comfortable beds. Everything clean and everything appears to work. Parking is plentiful and free. It's quiet. Here are some things I didn't like during my stay. This place is within a few yards from a major 5G cell tower. There was no seal around the door entrance. I could see directly outside from inside. The doornobs was not very secure. A person could break in easily. Also, I noticed on some of the reviews about roaches and bugs. They could be entering your room through the cracks in the entrance door. I didn't witness any bugs in my room during my stay. Adding seals to doors is energy efficient and worth the inves**ent in the long run. Small TV. I barely watch the TV or used wifi so I'm not sure about the quality of the cable or wifi. Be sure to bring your own stopper or plug if you plan to bath and not shower. They do not provide stoppers. If you like hot water when you shower then showering here will disappoint you. It gets warm but not hot. No kitchen supplies but you can purchase them at the office.

No drinking water glasses, no shampoo, no coffee available . Only one tv channel available

Definitely a reasonable rate for what it is. Clean, quiet. No cable tv but wifi is free. Not a luxury hotel with amenities but again you get what you pay for.
