The lady at reception when we arrived was so friendly and helpful.

Nice and cosy, friendly and helpful stuff. I really like the swimming pool it is perfect also for families with small children, because it's just the right size to see kids everywhere. The nature is beautiful.

Staff were nice and friendly, but it took forever to check-in/check-out... There was a mistake in the bill as well.

We spent three nights here and booked two superior rooms - these were ‘sport themed’ and equipped with fitness equipment (we had a fitness ball, suspension trainer and pull up bar - all good fun). Our rooms faced the back of the hotel and there were no views as such. This is not the kind of hotel where people spend much time in the room though - it’s a great location for an active holiday, both around the hotel (the free bikes were great) and in the region (Novo Mesto is the main city nearby, and there are plenty of castles and places along the river Krka to see). But this is a review of the hotel so good things to highlight are the varied breakfast, plentiful free parking and helpful front desk staff (checking in and out was quick). The rooms were spacious and clean (bathroom robes provided but no slippers). Less positive was the housekeeping - beds made rather messily, used towels taken away but not replaced, and bathroom toiletries not replenished. There is a lobby bar but it is an extension of the reception and the receptionists are actually the ones who make the drinks. For a 4-star hotel there were limited options for getting food in the hotel too, unless you are on half board, so we went into Novo Mesto most evenings (it’s just a 10 minute drive away). Overall, though, we enjoyed our stay and would return.

Siamo stati bene in questo hotel con piscina (entrata a pagamento). Camere spaziose, ben arredate. Colazione a buffet ricca. Alcuni dettagli nelle camere potrebbero essere qualificati (graffi, piccole rotture.... ) per essere compiutamente un 4 stelle.

Utilicé el hotel únicamente para descansar una noche en ruta, en mi viaje hacia Serbia. Está situado en una zona boscosa, muy cerca de un lago y un castillo (otro hotel de la misma cadena) y a pocos kilómetros de la autopista. Elegí una habitación superior, limpia y muy cómoda. La cena (buffet) bastante bien. El desayuno podría tener más variedad. El personal muy amable. Me parece una muy buena elección para pasar unos días por la zona o para descansar en ruta, como hice yo.
