Terrible place to go, NEVER GO THERE! NOTHING MORE TO SAY THAN THIS! Any word will be not enough to express my dissatisfaction with that horrible hotel. Rooms smell, a lot of broken things inside the room itself and also very bad staff, terrible service. The only thing that was good were the hukka guys and nothing more. Just DON'T GO there.

My friend and I booked Side Village Suites in Side. I then got a phone call to say that doubled book and was offered this one at the same price. I was assured that it was as lovely as the other hotel, was in Side and on a lovely beach by the person I booked it with (On the Beach). How wrong was that. It was at least 25 miles from Side, so we had to pay 70 Euros to get to a lovely beach. The beach was the worst I have ever seen and I have travelled at least 3 to 4 times a year and have been to Turkey 4 times. The food was cold even if we got there at a minute after opening times and that's if we could get any. As we were 2 English women amongst mainly Russians we felt intimidated by them. They were really rude and very greedy. My friend is diabetic and needs to eat as her sugar levels were all over the place and a couple of times she had to go to bed early as not well leaving me on my own which I sat on the terrace as couldn't wonder alone as got abuse from the Russians. It was the worse experience I have had on holiday and would never go back to that hotel again

After booking the holiday a number of weeks earlier at a reasonable price. I was excited at the thought of. 1 week holiday with sun sea pool and beach fun. The hotel is clean and staff friendly however no one speaks English this was made very difficult at times. Food and buffet was amazing. The only thing I felt was a little sad is the amount of food wasted by the other holiday goers. Seriously would you waste that much food at home. This is a great place for families as children are catered for. Lots of fun and games at the pools. I can honestly say there was one member of staff Youssef, he was amazing, absolutely the most considerate and helpful member of the team, and we wish him every success. He went above and beyond in assisting, serving and looking after us on our holiday during the evenings. The Beach was very disappointing I must say, lots of stones so bring your beach shoes (Ouch) the website promised a lovely beach. This was not the case however we made the most of it. The pier was old and dated not like the hotel next to ours which had been renovated and was amazing. Shame we were not allowed to be on it.

i can say this was the most horrible hotel i have ever stayed. The rooms were very dirty, the staff barley spoke english. In all areas was very hot, the air conditioning dint do anything. Eating lunch and dinner without air conditioning. The pools very dirty and many services were with extra payments. And we got robbed!! It was a horror!! DO NOT GO THERE ESPECIALLY IF YOU HAVE KIDS

DO NOT GO THERE! This hotel is 2 stars, even 2 stars are a lot for this hotel! 1. The rooms had and smelled mold. 2. They stole money from my friends room, showed on the video cameras that the cleaning lady/man went in and did nothing about it. 3. We got food poisoning on the 4th day me and a bunch of my friends. 4. The beach is only rocks and peddle. 5. They cleaned the rooms every 3 to 4 days, even after asking them to do so, they did nothing. Forget about clean towels, bring your own once, otherwise you may get some skin disease. 6. On our last day, when we were leaving, since our flight was early and we had to leave early, not only that there was nothing to eat, but even after asking to get something, they just say, we cannot help and nothing was done. So we left hungry and ate whatever we can find at the airport. 7. Forget about any internet! If you want any internet, you need to pay them extra 50 USD for like up to 4 mb. Usually I'm not so negative, but this place needs to be closed! You can not even understand how bad this place is. I can continue writing so many bad things that happen to us there, but the space to write here will not be enough. Just remember, do not go! Choose any other hotel. DO NOT GO THERE!

This hotel is super dirty: - dirt in the room (cleaning stuff cleans only the garbage, we could find previous geuesr hair ) - broken glass close to baby pool - water pipe on my terrace (we had a mud on the terrace and in the room) - fallen leaves in the pool Hotel stuff speaks very poor english, it's hard to communicate unless you can speak russsian. Waiters in the restaurant clean the table even when you don't finish your meal. Many rooms have air conditionair problem . Reception stuff gave us a duplicate of our room key without asking any specific questions - such as name of the guests, etc.

В общем мне отдых очень понравился. Номер хороший нам достался, но мог бы немного быть почище. Мини клуб нам очень понравился. С сыном сюда с радостью приходили. Мини диско тоже понравился. Анимационное шоу тоже было интересным. Территория отеля очень большая. Есть много занятий для детей. Еда очень разнообразная. Есть всё на любой вкус. Ещё раз приедем.
