ベストウェスタン プラス クラシック イン & スイーツ(Best Western Plus Classic Inn Suites)

The room we got after changing rooms twice was O.K., but the breakfast was not. The first day, the breakfast was not the best. No oatmeal and the potatoes were cold and hard. The second day the breakfast was at best, poor. Again, no oatmeal, the coffee machine didn't work and the coffee they made with a coffee pot was bad. Also, the egg omlet was a joke.

It was really clean and the bed was nice. I didn't like that i could hear the people talking and closing the toilt lid in the next room.

Front entrance was closed and unavailable- room keys had to be replace three times and still did not work; Belinda (chief housekeeper) was belligerent

Would’ve been nice to have a room key or update on when machine would work so I can get refreshments and fly traps as i had flies in my room.

Nice enough hotel, but too much stuff is broken

We went to the annual "Sale on the Trail" (along the El Camino Real) We start on Friday and work our way to Nacogdoches from Robeline and then head back on Saturday to the places that weren't open on Saturday. Nacogdoches was booked up except for a couple of little "dumpy" motels. Probably will do this again next year. This was the first Best Western we've stayed in in years, much better than the last ones we stayed in.

Frisky staff and clean. Very disappointed with breakfast. Menu posted in lobby showed scrambled eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy.what was served was I’m guessing, was a frozen flat egg and cheese omelette (which was cold and rubbery. No biscuits or gravy.

Considering the weather disaster that happened, they accommodated very well.

walked in everything was very clean, I was greeted with the front desk clerk. She was very friendly and kind. check in was a breeze. Room/property was clean
