This is our 3rd stay over here and we loved it,without any doubt we just want to stay over here only as they provide much better service from any other hotels,environment is so clam and give positive vibes that’s acceptable a traveller want and specially thanks to Mr. Azam who always provides good suggestions either in room selection or food and makes us feel comfortable.

My stay at this hotel was absolutely amazing! The staff was friendly and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable, and is located in proximity to transport services. I had a fantastic experience from start to finish. Highly recommend for a smooth experience.

The hotel is at the heart of the city, easily accessible from railway station and Inter state Bus Terminal Stand. Staff is cooperative and welcoming………. Response of the reception is instant. Rooms are good… facilities are good… overall a good experience

The breakfast was delicious and had a great variety of options tha services was excellent and tha staff ere very friendly and helpful Tha location was perfect close to tha city entre and attraction tha hotel had great facilities and was very convenient

Pathetic hotel in a crowded and noisy surrounding. Not a decent neighbourhood for a solo or a family stay. Rooms are okay. Never book rooms near the reception. The guests and the staff make continuous noise which disturbs you as the rooms are situated very closely. You can hear the television played in other rooms.

The hotel was great! I stayed here with my husband and him and I had a comfy stay. It’s centrally located as it was close to the Old Delhi Railway Station. And for shopping purposes there was Chandni Chowk, Sadar Bazar and Daryaganj that were near us.

We checked in late in the evening into this hotel to a standard room. It felt grubby and was very very very shabby. Im sure the aircon wouldnt be safe or legal we turned it off due to a funny smell. No cupboard/wardrobe. We were moved to a upgraded room the next morning. Which again needed a bed change, bathroom clean and various other things attending to. There is a definate appathy amongst staff..they are pleasant and obliging enough when asked but this place needs a serious change of ***agement, overhaul and clean up. The area surounding it is very run down, smelly, scruffy and you get hasseled A LOT. I would not return.

Ample parking space and food available till late night in property. Overall I had no issues in staying here

Property is well located at ISBT, Kashmere Gate. For later night travellers coming from other cities it's a good place to stopover for rest and transit. Plus vicinity is also ok
