El recepcionista nos atendió con mucha amabilidad y profesionalidad. El hotel está bastante bien, calidad precio. Lo recomiendo.

We’ve just had 10 days all inclusive at a very competitive price at this hotel . First impression very attractive entrance , friendly reception staff . We paid for a standard room which had two doubles pushed together, plenty of wardrobe space , a fridge ,flat screen tv , hairdryer and soap dispenser. The decor was a little tired but overall great value for money. The food was buffet style with plenty of choices although a little repetitive after the first week , always found something to eat . Pool bar was great , the eco cups are a great idea no overflowing bins of waste cups . All the staff here are friendly and extremely hard working , queues at the bars were dealt with very quickly . Our only problem was the location , my husband had an accident at work 6 months ago and has mobility issues , it’s a 15-20 walk to the beach and longer to the square , taxis cheap at roughly 4 euro to and from either, but nothing much close by . This is a lovely , great value hotel , we thoroughly enjoyed our 10 days in the sun here .

Firstly this was sold to us through on the beach as a 4 star hotel ! It’s not ! It would be a very poor 2 star,the hotel is tired and worn out our sink in the bathroom was cracked! Bedside lamp was hanging off the wall the architrave around the doors was all damaged the room had a smell as did the bathroom a sewage damp smell. The air con vents were blocked with fluff so did not work ,The buffet food was cold and bland ! We ate out most of the time and indeed found a better option and left the hotel 2 days earlier than planned on a weeks holiday ! We are annoyed as we could have got a 2 star hotel in the canaries at half the price !

The hotel is a 25 minute walk into the centre of the resort which we knew before we went or it’s just 5€ in a taxi. The rooms are very dated but very clean. The staff are very pleasant and we had no issues whilst we were there. We only went bed & breakfast which unfortunately the breakfast isn’t the greatest (we knew the food would be poor due to the comments on various Facebook pages. The pool is very, very cold indeed and wasn’t really used by guests. I can’t comment on the entertainment as we never went to the area.

The plus points are that the hotel was very clean and the cleaning staff very friendly and cheerful. Pity the same cannot be said for the bar and restaurant staff. Drinks watered down and red wine was unpalatable. Food was dreadful and apparently this had been noted many weeks before though nothing had been done to better the catering. ? why. same menu every night so we ate out some nights. Glad we were only there for 1 week. Bar like a cafe and not comfortable. Not worth all inclusive. I would class this hotel at 2-3 stars. Mrs Hill

Went here as a family of 5 over the Easter holidays…..fantastic hotel, pool was great kept all three of my children entertained, we had interconnected rooms which were what we expected as a base for us, very clean! Food was as expected for breakfast could do with a few more things! We weren’t all inclusive so went to the square every evening for dinner. The only downfall was that our daughters brand new trainers got taken by the cleaner on the last morning and the response from the reception seemed to indicate this was a regular occurrence and wasn’t very interested in sorting the situation out.

I feel this hotel gets a lot of unjustified bad press from people who expect champagne when they have paid for lemonade! 4 stars given based on what we paid v what we received Room + had room 221 - large room, very dated cane furniture which made us laugh! Very clean, beds were comfy, tv had basic UK channels, fridge, ceiling fan, large balcony, shower over the bath, endless hot water. - We had to pay €10 to hire a kettle There were only 3 sockets in the room Food Breakfast typical AI - you would never starve! Great coffee from bean to cup machines, terrible juice, was more like squash Lunch - we went for lunch twice which we enjoyed - mussels, clams, paella which we love. Dinner - we ate out every night so can’t comment Drinks Beer is San Miguel, cocktails from a machine which we didn’t like, other spirits were perfectly acceptable but found the wine unpleasant. Pool Sunbeds are unlocked at 10am! Kept very clean, pool bar also has snacks, sandwiches, fruit, hot dogs etc The only thing that annoyed me was that you have to pay €1 deposit for a plastic glass to get a drink which is the most ridiculous thing ever, really surprised by this in an AI hotel There was entertainment of an evening but we went out every night so can’t comment The hotel is around a 20 minute walk from the square or €4 in a taxi which reception order for you All in all we felt the hotel was value for money. We just wanted a cheap base to stay to explore the island & it was perfect for our needs

Arrived here yesterday morning so are part way through our 2nd day, already this is the worst hotel we have ever stayed in, we can look past the dated and damaged rooms,however the food here is a joke! Nowhere near enough option for an all inclusive, my kids have eaten dry spaghetti and warm bread for dinner and breakfast as the food is that bad, if this was a cheap holiday then I'd not be bothered to much, but as we paid over £3k we expect abit of variety, outside our room is broken glass and used fag butts, which the cleaners obviously haven't touched, were currently trying to change our meal plan to self catering to see if we can get some sort of refund to be self catering so my family can have a decent meal on their holiday, I read the bad reviews but didn't think it could be as bad as mentioned, how wrong was I! Definitely would not recommend this hotel at all, the staff seem miserable as hell, nothing will probably get done about this as even mentioning this to the receptionist it got shrugged off and was told to contact travel agent, if not it looks like we will be out of pocket even more by buying our own meals every day, the food round the pool bar is pretty much non existent, we went around lunch time to find a large fridge with around 5 sandwiches in, no other option at all, simply not good enough for the price we paid, I understand their is different standards of 4* hotels, but this hotel certainly needs reavaluating as it would scrape a 3*, the utilities in our bathroom leak all over the floor leaving a big puddle, we had to use the bath mat to mop it up, left the mat in the bath for the cleaners to replace, and suprise suprise, it's still in the bath covered in crap and soaking wet, i also understand the hotel doesn't prioritise in making amazing meals, but literally half the stuff is inedible, it's cold, poorly cooked, and tastes horrendous, its like they have just pulled the chefs in off the street for a job, i have read some good reviews and part of them are right, but an all inclusive hotel is supposed to be inclusive for all! And this one certainly is not! Hopefully we can get some good news later today in terms of a refund so we can eat some decent food on our family holiday! If not, then it will be the first time I'll ever come back from an all inclusive holiday a few pounds lighter! A trip to the cold pool it is now to wait out for some answers!
