will like to have a Yoga Mat or medical ball and a special area for stretching my body in the morning or after a long walk-in town. I will like in the future to have an area with less noise during the night even if it cost extra. from 4 flours in the building, at least one should be for the guest that one lass noise. have heard all the talking and door opening or closing from a different guest all the time. I have had the hardest 7 nights of vacation in my life. the mattress as well has not to match the comfort that I aspect. I wake up with huge back pain all the time in the Mornig .very disappointed with my stay

The room was cold seems air comes in through the window. No heater. Quiet clean and too little space

The hotel is perfectly located, in the city centre. Room size is very small, facilities and room itself was very clean. As message via Agoda said wait until 4pm, then the entry code will be sent to the email. 4 past, nothing arrived. Called to customer service.They told me that the identification request was sent to me by email, but unfortunately it wasn't, so I didn't done it. I did tried a few times, staying on the phone., around 10 mins. The picture was: too clear, too blur, too dark, too bright,...A nightmare. I was very tired after a journey, - 20 cold. Just wanted a hot shower and a rest. And I couldn't get in because of ridiculous " identification"!!! I travelled through 54 countries , never experienced like that. A big minus as well: as my phone network was on roaming, I spent more money for this phone call than the room cost. Thanks for the guy on the phone for his patience.

It would be good that the information would be easier to find in the homepage. For example about sauna times, there was no info about the in the homepage. The homepage information and the information at the spot was not the same. At the homepage, it said that it is okey that friends and family visit, at the hostel it said that it is forbidden that any people outside the booking use the facilities. It felt a bit confusing. In ********** it said that the room does not have sheets, but in their own homepage it stood that there are. And there were sheets. Very clean and fresh ones. Place was clean, but the mattress had some spots, also the wall. Could be even better cleaned I think.

Pros: - good Wi-Fi - easy to find - check in instructions are sent via sms Cons: - Shower drain in 2 showers were broke and water was flooded - Sauna is not every day - The rooms doors are very noisy when being closed , it will slap very hard if you don’t hold it and when that happen, you can feel beds are shaking/ vibrating - Uncomfortable hard bed / pillows can be renewed - very Late check in 16:00 and early check out 11:00 - not worth the amount I paid at all (~65€)

After 24h travelling . I reached the apartment at 23h . The key should have been provided by automatic box but it didn’t work . It took an hour to contact and reallocate to another apartment. The worst is that the company knew the issue but they didn’t sort it , just wait for any guess to call and complain . Several guesses had the same problem Bad service

Roskikset olivat pieniä (tilavuus 5 litraa) niin huoneissa kuin vessoissa. Ehkäpä siitä syystä paperia ja roskia joutuu lattialle. Pyyhetelineet vessoissa oli rikki. Korjasin itse sängynportaikon liitoksen. Onneksi huomasin ettei liitos ollut kohdillaan eikä sattunut vahinkoa portaikon huojuessa vaarallisesti. Kylpyläkuvissa näkyy kuva kahdesta vesi-/kylpyaltaasta. Sauna löytyi, mutta kylpyaltaita ei. Ehkä ne oli lukitun oven takana. Pettymys, sillä odotin pääsyä kuvailtuun spahan.

Hinta-laatusuhde ok. Ainoa moite on käytäviltä kuuluvat äänet ja huone oli vähän viileä omaan makuun.
