It was a fine place to sleep, although the beds made a lot of noise, even when my 6- year-old rolled over.

The room was okay. Price wasnt bad. But the area around the hotel is soooo scary. Wont stay here again until i feel safe parking in the parking lot or even walking outside. Ick.

The bed was flat and small. The shower was broken, and the microwave would not work. We had 3 small pillows on the bed and the toilet clogged when flushing.

The property was clean and suited our needs for an overnight stay. Staff was friendly. Continental breakfast was okay but didn't have a wide selection of choices.

Have stayed at least 4 times at Peppermill. The staff is always very nice and the rooms clean. Air conditioner cycled all night and each time it cycled off made horrible noise .Unable to sleep at all although my sister did. The showers were hot but screeching noise when turned on. We left a good tip for room cleaner and notified front desk of problems when we left. Very nice and even called to let us know we left our makeup. It’s a good value for the price

Room had everything we needed. Microwave, refrigerator, soft towels and clean sheets. Simple but clean and functional for what we needed. No frills but I felt safe and very affordable

Great hotel. We were in town for a softball tournament and needed a place to stay. The Peppermill had great service and clean/ comfortable rooms.

I Don't normally write reviews, But I want people to be aware that but this property is mediocre and has very rude staff with no repercussion's for their lack of hospitality. From the moment we checked in on a Friday, we were not greeted with a welcoming smile. It was almost as if the front desk girl hated her job. We were in town for a "Midnight Madness" softball tournament at the sports hub, where my girls played softball until 4 in the morning. One employee of the hotel in particular seemed to constantly be watching my girls, looking for something to reprimand them for. We had been up late playing softball, their incredibly basic breakdfast ends at 9:30. I got the girls up to go grab something and as they got there at 9:32, the same rude woman was putting everything away and did not even offer to give them a bagel. She simply told them "Breakfast is over." Almost happy to once again be rude to them. There were still two gentleman sitting in the common area eating, however, this woman did not seem to care about being hospitable or nice to anyone. I confronted her on this and she immediately ran to her manager, who lacks any management skills whatsoever. That was made very obvious by the way he chose to confront me on the situation. Instead of asking me what the problem was, he immediately started rudely going off on me. This hotel is nothing special and the employee's are all very rude and seem to be unhappy about their job. My advice is to Book Elsewhere!

the beds need to be changed. they were hard and were extremely loud with any little motion. imagine being in a sleeping room with 3 kids under 10. it was terribly difficult to get comfortable, which ultimately impacted our stay.
