Excelente ubicación y limpio, elegante y completo.

Don't consider going to this hotel. The staff are rude and terrible experience and service. Try the other hotels

Tres bon emplacement mais pas de reception ,on a ete oblige de partir a l hotel ulyses pour reccuperer la carte ,chambre trop petite ,la fenetre qui donne aue une ecole et toute la journee le bruit des enfants qui jouent au foot ,il est 19h43 et ils jouent tjrs .pas de savon ,pas de bouilloire .je ne reviendrai plus

Booked ourselves a Superior Suite at close to 140€ for a 2 day Christmas getaway. While Ceuta by itself was well decorated, and the location of the hotel was dead centre - we were taken aback by the condescending attitude at the reception. Our room.was double the price of the standard room, and yet the Receptionist told us that the restaurant was fully booked - there would be no space for us on Christmas day.

Booked the more expensive room - a Superior Suite (about 140€/night) to celebrate our wedding anniversary on Christmas eve, having driven all the way from Meknes and a border crossing from Morocco to Spain. A very much prison warden like welcome - to be told that our request to have our Christmas eve dinner at the Hotel restaurant wasn't conaidered - they had not bothered to reply. The room was large, spacious, but not a suite for sure. The attitude was quite condescending. Subsequently we found every restaurant turning us away as they were full. Eventually had a late lunch at a lovely Chinese restaurant nearby. The streets were quite animated and packed... but magically by 10.00 everything quietened down and the whole place kind of became ghost townish. We asked for room service, only to be told off that we couldnt get anything...not even a coffee!! Finally picked up some bread n bananas and some whisky at a small conveinence store (also run by a friendly chinese couple).. spend the night very upset at the Hotel. I did go back to the Chinese restaurant who remained possibly the only place open - Really surprised by the attitude of the staff and the restaurants we tried. An Italian place next door to our Hotel was friendly, but fully booked too. One one day we did eat at a Fish place nearby, but only after veing firat turned away by one waiter, and then another waiter let us sit, like he was doing us a favour. Oh nice Ulises ..Not so nice because of the service. Location is great. A bit run down. The lifts are old and rickety. Our rooms toilet door made a racket with unoiled hinges. A smile and a little more welcoming, offering atleast some bread or a soup on Christmas eve, would have helped improve this rating.

Un desastre incluso si fuera un hostal Bien ubicado y personal amable, el resto, para olvidar. La ducha se salió la alcachofa, óxido el el WC, que además le faltaba un trozo. Las jaboneras, sin jabón, aunque había pastillas. Muy pocas perchas. El suelo muy deteriorado. Visita nocturna de una pequeña cucaracha. La caja fuerte sin anclar, la nevera sin enchufar, enchufe en un solo lado de la cama. Suciedad en las contraventanas. Vasos sucio y pringosos en el desayuno, que es muy normalito, aunque eso sí, barato. No sigo

Très bien. Très confortable. Vue sympa sur la ville (j'étais au 6è). Hôtel facile à trouver (paneaux de signalisation sur la route l'indiquant). Seul bémol, j'avais choisi cet hôtel spécifique parce que le site indiquait des machines à laver disponibles, ce qui était un critère indispensable pour moi à cette étape. Arrivé sur place, ce service est inexistant et n'a jamais existé...

Buena ubicación, carece de aparcamiento y dado que está situado en una calle peatonal, no se facilita el traslado de equipaje. La habitación es ruidosa, por lo menos las que dan al puerto. Se ve que el hotel pasó por tiempos mejores, el mobiliario está verdaderamente castigado. Limpieza deficiente.

Hôtel bien situé. Cependant, il va falloir investir dans le service et le materiel de l'hôtel (personnel peu réactif, eau chaude partiellement opérationnelle,.....)
