Bdrm 1 features a queen size bed. Bdrm 2 features three beds - 1 full, and 2 twin beds. A full kitchen with dining table, living room with a fireplace and two futon beds - 1 full, 1 twin. Step outside to the covered porch and relax in the rocking chairs. Seating area with fire pit, bbq grill and table-bench area are on the side patio. Each room has amazing views of the skies and canyons.The Frio River is a drive away at the base of the mountain, minutes away from restaurants and tubing outfitters by car. Call outfitters ahead of time to check the river flow.
