Some parts are steep and narrow but any car should be able to make it to the property in most weather.Please note that the fireplace inside the house is electric, and it’s the only one available for use during your stay.All guests must be 25+ with the exception of children with their parents.There are cameras in place for your protection. If you touch or tamper with the cameras you will be asked to leave the property immediately. This is for your protection! They are exterior only and in plain sight.The cabin is in the woods. You will likely see and hear critters. We hire pest professionals to minimize bugs in the home, but again.. you're in the woods. If you see a bear during your stay whether in the park or in the driveway do not feed it. Stay away from it. They are dangerous. Bears are RARE!No late check-out or early check-in. If this should happen, we reserve the right to charge $75 per hour.No refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/other things that are beyond our control.We generally provide handsoap, a starter roll of toilet paper in each bathroom and paper towels.
