Outfitted with modern rustic decor and suited to fit the needs of the modern vacationer. The main house has three bedrooms and a loft. The master bedroom is upstairs and comes with an en-suite bathroom complete with a shower and jetted tub. For those working remotely, feel free to use the in-room desk.Separate from the main house, a fourth bedroom and en-suite full bathroom sits just above the detached two-car garage. This space has a queen bed and a twin trundle bed so a whole family (or group of kids) can be in one space. This room also has its own mini-fridge, built-in fireplace and TV.Enjoy a complimentary bottle of wine upon your arrival! A washer and dryer in the cabin are perfect for soggy ski clothes or beach towels. Entertainment options like flat-screen TVs mean you can cozy up with a good movie next to the fireplace! This welcoming retreat includes a covered carport, and front and back porches with stunning views. Inside, you'll find everything you need, including a fully equipped kitchen, washer, dryer, two bedrooms, and four cozy beds. Enjoy the ease and comfort of Hummingbird Hill for a relaxing getaway.The best part of Hummingbird Hill is the view. The property overlooks all of Fresno County. At night, the view of the stars and city lights is breathtaking. The Property:The property is located 15 minutes from the official entrance into Sequoia National Park; however, it shares a fence with the national forest. There is a sign located next to the front gate that reads "Entering Sequoia National Forest," as seen in the listing photos.The House:The house is approximately 1200 sqft and fully furnished. The two bedrooms each have two beds with bedding and nightstands. The house has one bathroom with all the necessary amenities such as soap, toilet paper, body wash, shampoo, etc. The kitchen, in a similar fashion, has all the necessary cooking utensils.Guest Acess:Guests will have access to the entire house and the yard. There is a front gate and a small fence around the house.
