There are Three wonderful restaurants (2 within walking distance) - 4, if you include the cafe at Tokatee Golf course.The Log Cabin Inn covers almost 7 acres of old growth forest on nearly 900 feet of pristine river frontage - all available for your enjoyment.The cabin is in new condition and we have a reputation for offering the cleanest cabins in the area with management available onsite within minutes to take care of your every need , if necessary.The outdoors here are the spectacle, but you'll love the interior finishes as well - the walls and ceilings are all adorned in knotty pine and the floors are all Douglas Fir. The fireplace is gas, so even in the dryer seasons - you can enjoy an instant fire in this cozy space. we are centrally located in Oregon, so you can drive to the coast within a few hours, Sisters and the Metolius recreational areas are just an hour east - a highly recommended day trip. Ski Hoodoo Ski Bowl from late Fall to Early Spring - and try their huge sledding and cross country trail circuit. Hoodoo even offers night skiing and several celebrations throughout the winter.Mt Bachelor is only about 2 hours east for another winter time skiing treat.Summers on the Mckenzie are about as perfect as perfection gets, so plan on making some memories when you book this cabin.
