Great Stay and lovely view. Great Staff

Absolutely great stay. Clean and stylish room, all the facilities very impressive. Rooms, very spacious and lovely interiors. Food was delicious and great value for money. Excellent hospitality shown by staff and the entire team exceeded expectations with their attentive and efficient service and set very high service standards.

The stay was excellent. Location was awesome in the nature. Room and washroom were excellent. Food quality and services were good. Services extended by Abhishek, Deepika & Mohit were excellent. Would love to revisit. Reception at arrival was Excellent even in late night.

We travelled to Dalhousie on 23rd June 2023 for a short vacation away from the scorching heat of Delhi. The check-in process was efficient and welcoming. We were greeted by friendly staff who quickly processed our reservation and provided useful information about the hotel’s amenities. Fortune Park is conveniently located away from the city, within a small distance of major attractions, shops, and public transportation. We found it very easy to explore the city from this location. The hotel’s restaurant offered a diverse menu with delicious options for breakfast and dinner. We particularly enjoyed the breakfast buffet, which featured a variety of fresh, local ingredients. Our room's balcony offered a panoramic view. Every staff member we encountered was professional, courteous, and eager to assist. The concierge provided excellent recommendations for local dining and attractions. Our stay at ITC Fortune Park was exceptional. The luxurious accommodations, outstanding service, and prime location made our vacation memorable. We highly recommend Hotel Fortune Park for anyone visiting the city. It offers a perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and luxury, making it well worth the cost. We look forward to staying here again on our next visit.

Fortune Park Dalhousie is the Best resort in the town. The view is unparallel. The rooms are spacious, with all the modern amenities. The breakfast and dinner buffet were sumptuous. What makes this resort special is the people working here. Ms Tanvi at the front desk is extremely helpful. She made the entire process smooth. Nikhil, Deepika, Mohit, Raman were always available in the restaurant and took care of our every need. Live music from Pratham was melodious. Every person in this resort works with a smile and is always available for any help. Will visit again.

Excellent property with a great view of the valley. Hotel staff is very courteous - would like to call out Deepika and Rohit for their great hospitality. One of the best property that I have visited in Dalhousie so far.

Awesome view from hotel room, Duplex room is well designed and well suited for family stay. Polite and helpful staff across department. Ala carte Indian food food was good though non Indian food dishes were average. some of breakfast items (sausage, pancake) were undercooked

Mohit bhai and nikhil bhai gave the best service, was rhe best food provided from their side they were all the time for us in dining service , was always smiling and providing the dinner and too cooperative ........v...e....r....y ....g....o....o....d

We booked a suite room at this pathathic hotel on 26-05-2024 Mr Rahul at Front desk should be reviewed for his job...i had informed him that i have a sprain in my anckel and cant wait for long. Despite early check in request they made us waith for 3 hrs. reached at 11:45 am they told it will take 1 hr more (actual checki time 2 pm) at 2:30 i came to the front desk and Mr rahul was asking me to do check in formalities and identify the laguage where as the same coud be done earlier. (he was busy with other documents where as no other guest was wating for same) it is shame how person like rahul treat their guest when they are paying wopping amounts for a day at not so great property. A delebrate attemt was being made to delay check in and other formalities. please avoid this propery with poor services. A good hotel is know with its services and not only about the property built
