Irai Safari Retreat

I stayed at Irai during my photography tour to Tadoba in Feb 2024 the staff and the food is top notch. The property is very beautiful and has a European feel to it. Everything here is carefully handpicked. The staff at the check-in (Rahul) and the Staff in the kitchen are extremely understanding and friendly. What I loved the most about this place is that they are very organised and always accommodating towards your needs. The rooms are very clean and well maintained. They also provide laundry service if you need. The washrooms exceeded my expectations as it was extremely clean and hygienic. On days when you have a morning safari they take note of your food preference the night before and neatly pack the food and load it into the jeep next morning. The coordination between the staff working different shifts is something to be appreciated. Overall I loved my experience here and oh! Don't forget to taste the butter kulcha during dinner it's one of the best thing I had. The food they serve is a class apart. I definitely recommend this place and I think for all my future visits to Tadoba I would 100% go for Irai.

We had very comfortable stay in Irai Resort. Staff is very friendly & informative, food was tasty, well maintained premises…….perfect for family stay. We were also lucky to sight the tigers during two of the four safaris booked.

The visit to Tadoba was special and iria resort was the cherry on the cake .the warmth and hospitality was so contagious.They made our stay so comfortable.The food was very nice as well.indeed a must visit .The ***ager Mr Deepak was such a nature enthusiast and he shared so much knowledge about forest.

Visited 2nd time, still the best resort with amazing room and service. Location of the property is very near from moharli gate. The ***ager and naturalist of the resort are very helpful and very informative. Overall we again had a great time at Irai

I had been to TATR from 21st - 24th of April. I stayed at IRAI Retreat. Must tell that my stay was fantastic. Was very comfortable. The retreat is very clean and well maintained. Their food is excellent 10/10. They cater every need of the guest. The staff that they have a very polite and ***nered. They take very good care of their guests I must say. Mr. Narayan specially is very helpful and sees that the guests are comfortable. He is always available at the retreat. BTW this was my 2nd visit to IRAI. I shall definitely return again next year and stay at IRAI itself.

Beautiful room, excellent facilities, sublime service, delightful staff. Faultless naturalist and tiger sightings. Wonderful restaurant and very attentive service. Room and facilities very clean with great attention to detail I will return

We visited Irai Safari Retreat this April, 2024. If you are planning to visit Tadoba national park then hands down you must stay at Irai.. to keep it short, they are, 10/10 in cleanliness 10/10 in food 10/10 in overall hygiene 10/10 in staff behaviour and friendliness 10/10 in safety on premise 10/10 in making it a home!!! 10/10 in location ( close to Moharli gate) The best you and the most affordable option you will ever find in the segment. I will definitely visit Irai again. A special thanks and do look out for Mr Narayan and Mr Patil.

We had the best experience with this resort. I would like to specifically mention Mr Narayan who was an outstanding host who is always smiling will give his 200% to fulfill all your wishes. The food was excellent and so was the service. We got to spot all the major wildlife during our safaris and I would recommend you to reach out to Mr Hi***shu Bagade for the safari bookings. This place is a must visit for everyone.

Irai was a complete different experience amidst the thrill of visiting the Tadoba national reserve in scorching heat followed by t******storms in the evening. The Mohali core and Junona buffer gate were gate 5-7 mins drive while Both the agarazari and khutwanda gate were about 20 mins away from the resort. Cottages/ Rooms are more than what u can expect in this category…. Big in size, Thoughtfully furnished, comfortable bed, With bath tubs to take off the tiredness and red soil that u bring back from the safaris….. But the highlight is the staff and their service….. all the staff at the dining room were very polite and extremely helpful. They not only provide u sumptuous food with phulkas, piping hot, they also meticulously plan for ur packed breakfast for the morning safaris. This review would be incomplete without mentioning their ***ager Rahul ji and Deepak ji (naturalist) , who were extremely helpful and they would make sure that ur stay is a bliss. We spent hours chatting with them. I completely adore how they gave us flasks full of cold water for each safari and kept fresh cool towels for us on our return. Irai is a complete home away from home…. I will definitely visit it again with a larger group for sure.
