As is common in China, this hotel went by a few different names, and was located in a building with other hotels, offices, etc. Just check the address first, because the name you see on the façade may be different.
Checking-in took a while because they rarely (if ever) get foreigners; I was just glad that they were registered to host foreigners.
The room was big, the view of Changsha train station right across the street was neat, and it was quite close to a metro station going to many of the city's sights.
Cleanliness, it was o.k. The internet worked, but again, it worked for Chinese sites.
