This boutique hotel has so much charm, from the open ceiling in the breakfast area to the wooden beamed ceilings and stone walls. The breakfast is a must, delicious, the orange juice is so fresh and loved the double cappuccino, perfect way to start your day. The staff was very helpful and friendly. We stayed in the Superior Suite, clean, spacious and cozy. So many shops and restaurants to walk to. Something to keep in mind, there is no parking on the premises but the staff will be more than happy to assist you with parking recommendations and your luggage. Serenissima Boutique Hotel is a must stay in Chania!!!

Who would ever have known how fantastic this place could be! Located in old Chania, it was convenient to everywhere we wanted to go. The rooms were very nice and my friends' room had an outside patio where we could enjoy the weather and some nice wine. What makes this place the best however is the staff. They are so friendly and very accommodating. The breakfasts were tasty as well. Highly recommended!!!

Charming boutique hotel in the middle of old town Chania - we loved being in the middle of the old town amongst the small streets, restaurants, cafes and shops. Our room was quite and quite lovely with a large bed and very large shower. The bed was a coco mat and while I found it comfortable my husband found it really too soft and slept unwell so beware if you need a firm mattress. The rain shower was fantastic. Breakfast was served in the restaurant (too cool for outside on the veranda), it was very peaceful setting. Breakfast is a la carte (order how much and what you want) and is made to order. Don't be in a hurry but it is also not super slow. We loved that they took their time preparing and we enjoyed everything we tried. The building is an original Venetian villa and everything is done to keep the original architecture and walls in tact - beautifully done. The staff were also super friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed our 4 nights here. Definitely would come back.

This is the best hotel in Chania. Top service,quiet,best location and extreme clean. it deserve 5 stars!!!

What a wonderful find! We absolutely loved the Serenissima Boutique Hotel, it’s one of the loveliest places we have ever stayed. Fabulous location in the old town of Chania, just a minute’s walk to the harbour front. We stayed in the Superior Suite with terrace (in fact it had a terrace & a tiny balcony). Super comfy bed & lots of space in the room. Breakfast was incredible (hard to resist the gorgeous complimentary ‘cakey’ offerings which came alongside the ‘healthy’ things we had ordered!). The staff at the front desk & the staff serving breakfast were all so friendly and helpful. Very hard to leave such a charming & special place (also quite hard to leave the hotel’s aircon & walk out the front door into the August Cretan heat!). Hugely recommend this hotel.

Everything about this hotel is perfection. From the friendly and accommodating welcome by the evening “do it all” concierge on our late arrival to the excellent breakfasts each morning , we were extremely happy with our stay. Our hotel room left nothing to be desired. It was immaculately clean, and comfortable. It’s location adds to the hotel being the finest in Chania.
