"This stay in this hotel was extremely disappointing. We had expected a comfortable stay and booked three rooms for this purpose. However, from the first day of our stay, problems began to arise. First, the problem of the shower water was unbearable. We reported to the front desk that the shower water was very cold and not hot at all, but the response we received was just a casual "we will check it out". However, when we returned to the room that night, we found that the balcony door was not locked. We lived in a room on the second floor, and the balcony door was not locked, which made us extremely worried about the hotel's safety management. In addition, there were only sheets in the three rooms, but no quilts. We called the front desk and got the reply that the quilt was in the closet. We opened it and found that the quilt was a single quilt, which was not suitable for a king-size bed room. The towels in the room were also very dirty, which was obviously a serious neglect of hygiene standards. The next day, someone in the group had a fever, so we decided to communicate with the hotel for a refund. The front desk promised us that we would refund the room fee when we left, so we left with peace of mind. However, when Ctrip submitted a refund application, we were told that the hotel rejected the refund application and could only postpone the room to a later date. This kind of inconsistent behavior makes us seriously question the integrity of this hotel. In short, we strongly recommend other travelers to avoid this hotel when choosing accommodation to avoid similar bad experiences."
