"We stayed in a deluxe suite with a pool for 7 days. The room was somewhat run-down and felt quite old, unlike the photos online. Cleanliness was also subpar, likely due to the room's age. For example, there was mold in the grout between the bathroom sink and surrounding tiles, and the floor was cracked and always felt dirty. The sofa was white but very dirty, with faded colors and grime. The room's soundproofing was poor; we could hear conversations from upstairs in the bathroom. Furthermore, although the hotel advertised an all-inclusive package, they were very strict about bottled water and meal times. Each person was only allowed one bottle of water at a time, and it wasn't delivered; we had to get it ourselves from the bar. We were rushed around for meals if it was even slightly late, and the staff became quite rude. We had a small baby traveling with us, and although we requested a crib during booking and reminded the hotel via WhatsApp, there was no crib in the room. We waited over an hour after check-in before an extra crib was provided, disrupting the baby's sleep. In short, our experience with the hotel was subpar; the facilities, cleanliness, and service were not worth it."

Aloe Boutique Hotel & Suites - Adults Only

"Our holiday was just perfect. It was our first holiday in over 25 years without our children and other surpassed all expectations. From check in, it was obvious that the Aloe is special. We were greeted by an excellent member of reception staff with a slight American accent - sorry, I didn't catch her name. But she was so friendly and happy to help. Harry was also brilliant and Simon who speedily took our cases to our rooms after we'd drunk our arrival prosecco. The hotel has a prime position across the road from the sea and surrounded by a few great tavernas. Our room was well equipped and comfortable. The only improvement would be to improve the larger towels. Some days they were large sbd fluffy and other days they were thin and tiny. Breakfast was great and tables cleared quickly.. Lots to choose from. A 2nd coffee machine would be a good idea as there was often a queue. The staff though are what makes this hotel. All were friendly and chatty. Kleo, Asterios, Jeanne, Fabian and Abbey in the restaurant were all so lovely. Angelina behind the bar who makes fantastic cocktails. All were just great. They all work so hard - sorry if I left anyone out. Plus the little touches... we asked for 2 extra chairs on our balcony so we could enjoy a glass of wine before going out for dinner. They appeared within minutes. To the wine glasses provided amd even a bottle of prosecvo for my birthday and a strawberry tart complete with candle and Bucks fizz for breakfast on my birthday too. We will be back one day I'm sure. Meanwhile, I will recommend your hotel to my customers looking at Crete in the travel business I own."

"Built 5 years ago, very nice,modern hotel with a good atmosphere, the staff is very nice, the room was excellent, high quality food great dessert chef. There is a high level of cleanliness and the garden care is fantastic. The pool is 33 meters long, so there is never any congestion in the pool, you can rest assured that you will not be disappointed. My wife and I will be back next summer.Thx Manolis"

"We had such a great experience! Room was comfy and clean and they even offered a free laundry room which was very helpful. I would also recommend the restaurant the food was amazing. Not to mention the view from the hotel was beautiful. Would definitely stay here again."

"Creta Palmは非常に清潔で、とてもフレンドリーなスタッフがいます。特にクリーナーともちろんバーテンダーのジミー。メインプールの近くで説明できない匂いが少しずれていました。また、夕食はいくつかの選択肢がありますが、毎晩ほとんど同じです。道路の向かいにビーチがあり、道路の向かいに小さなスーパーマーケットもあります。バス停は文字通りホテルから 50 メートルで、チャニア市とベネチア港までバスでわずかな距離にあり、絶対に美しく訪れる価値があります。 Stalos と Creta Palm に初めてですが、間違いなくお勧めし、再び訪れます。"

"We (family of four) stayed in a sea view maisonette for a week in early August. This hotel is really really special - clean, modern (yet very comfortable) accommodation (amazing shower!) and stunning communal areas. The pool is wonderful and there is plenty of space for everyone. Access to the sea is easy despite the lack of beach. Restaurant is exceptional - the food is simple yet delicious at lunch time and much more adventurous and equally delicious at dinner time. Breakfast is also great with lots of choice and new items every day. Car hire with the room was brilliant and made the stay such good value. We enjoyed exploring Chania and Stavros and had some lovely meals out. We definitely hope to be back - so pleased we found you!"
