Great stop for overnight or a few days exploring the city. Reasonable prices and free continental breakfast available. Parking in nearby garage $35. We'll be back!

Sheets and towels were fresh and clean but room smelled like mold and it was impossible to sleep because of it. I'd never stay here again

Great location! Clean rooms. Breakfast is extremely fresh especially the fruit, but it is a continental with no meat. A hard-boiled egg is the only protein. Don't think you are going to get an omelet and bacon. Coffee in the common area was luke warm/getting cold most of the time. We ended up door dashing for Starbucks. BUT I will say that you cannot beat the location. Right in the heart of King with everything walkable. I would still pick this hotel again for the location alone.

Lovely welcoming little sanctuary in perfect location. Very nice helpful staff. Room and bedding very good.

The hotel amd staff were amazing. Daily breakfast dis nkt dissapoint along with the quaint happy hour and complimentary sherry. Wil only be staying here next time in Charleston

Beautiful room! The courtyard was very pretty as was the lobby. The staff was extremely helpful in finding my daughter a quiet place to wrap a last college exam before our room ready (we arrived early for check in.) looking forward to a future stay.

This hotel is beautiful - from the architecture, lobby, outdoor spaces, to the rooms. Our hotel room was spacious with lovely furnishings. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. I especially loved having the delicious croissants, pastries and coffee delivered to our room each morning and the wine and cheese/crackers happy hour each day. It is also very walkable - to shops, restaurants, bars, the fountain, waterfront. We wandered the streets looking at all the beautiful century homes. Parking is in a garage a short walk behind the hotel. There is an empty lot directly behind the hotel...not sure why the hotel does not use it?. But the garage was fine. We had a wonderful time in Charleston and when we return, we will definitely stay at Kings Courtyard again!

Everything was perfect for the Charleston experience.

perfect location for Charleston Library society and a long list of excellent small shops right outside the door. Breakfast was simple but good - all I needed. The lack of available water other than from the faucet inside the hotel was a bit of a problem.. a source of bottled water would have been wonderful. Staff all excellent..welcoming and helpful.
