Over priced $310/night and bad service. Nice view but old rooms, young lady in reception little rude/bored, luggage room and bellboy not working. Check in 16.00 and check out at 10.00 or pay penalty $25/hour. No complimentary water in the room and store ckoses at 21.00.

Room was nice and clean, but had some noise at times from neighboring rooms and the street. View was nice, bed was comfy. Biggest issue was that the mini fridge in my room was making loud noises and leaking a bit of water. After 3 maintenance calls, they unplugged it but never came through on bringing me a different one.

Great location, amazing views to the bay. Clean room, we enjoyed our stay. Would come back if another trip to St Thomas.

Attention to detail should be higher on someone’s list such as wires hanging, front checkin staff unfriendly. Floor in room seemed dirty

Staff was professional and helpful. The suite was large and it was well stocked with towels, coffee, dishes, and linens. The view was FANTASTIC and we loved the balcony overlooking the bay. Common areas were clean. The hotel pool was very nice, with a lot of seating. The on-site restaurant was convenient, but understaffed and nothing to write home about.

The views from my room were brilliant. Rooms were very clean. The convenience store was good. The restaurant at the resort served really good food, combined with a great view.

Towels was dirty and bed are very old besides that all was good we just used the hotel for sleep we didn’t spend time over there

Everything was great; the staff, service, room, pool/jacuzzi, and the restaurant downstairs provided delicious food and drinks. The only con for me was location, definitely not walkable to main areas to go shopping, dining etc as the property is on a hill and not so easy to go down to the street unless you’re catching cabs everywhere or renting a car for your stay but other than that we had a great time at Bluebeard’s castle. I loved the ambiance and look of the castle as well.

I’ve stayed here twice and I would again. Great history with great people. It’s in the middle of everything.
