Hotel is very clean and has charm. Beds were comfy. Someone is trying with the curtains and bed assemble but needs some maintenance done to rooms..ceilings, lights, baseboards, showers. . Hairdryer didn't work, light in bathroom flickered, no shampoo etc just little bars of soap. Coffee maker but bring your own coffee. There was a small refrig/freezer in room. Breakfast was good. I think I would rebook but bring the amenities it lacked.

Highly recommend, everything was excellent. The room, service , clean and very friendly!

This is within walking distance to downtown, and we knew it wasn’t top notch, but expected it to be a bit better. Faucets leak, towels are very thin, doorknobs are broken, one hanger. No cable tv. Downtown Charlotte Amalie is a disappointment-so many jewelry stores, few local art/craft stores, and it all goes by the cruise ship schedule. Next time I would stay in Red Hook.

Satisfactory place for one of the cheaper options on the island. Upsides are having a pool, restaurant on site, central location, strong AC, and free breakfast. Downsides are there were a lot of mosquitoes in my room upon arrival, the electronic key didn’t lock the room door, toilet seat was cracked which made it uncomfortable to sit on, and I got the impression that the front desk had other jobs at various other locations which made it hard to reach them when needed. Not a bad choice, but not the best either.

Easy check in. Loved my room with huge balcony with view of the city and the bay. Resterant was delicious. Parking is the only issue if you have a car.

Lovely views from the balcony rooms. Outdoor area surrounding the pool are quiet with a relaxed vibe. Taxis abound but are overpriced and do not provide assistance with luggage even though there is an extra charge applied to fare. Restaurants in the area close early.

Lucky for me, we only needed a room to over night prior to ferryiing to Tortola, or we would have checked out and found something else. I'm not one to write reviews often or complain much. This is a motel, not a hotel. It is run down. Dirty. No hot water. Poor lighting. The AC stopped working by morning. 2 Motel6 style bath towels and 1 wash cloth provided. Don't bother asking for any more, you're not getting them. Only good thing i can say about it was it was cheap and the bed was comfortable. If you have big suitcases, DO NOT BOOK HERE. Lots of stairs to go up. I would not stay here again or recommend it.

The property is not what it protrayed. The room was dirty, with hair all over floor. No washcloths no hand towels. No parking at all.

Bunker Hill Inn is a hidden gem in the city. Easy walking distance to everything. A wonderful breakfast, small pool and a great happy happy bar with views. If you are planning a dive trip here this hotel is perfect if you need a place to crash at night.
