Good, bare bones hotel. Pretty standard, decent on all fronts. We stayed a couple days on a weekend and had no issues.

Decent hotel with some minor growing pains. Looks like it might have been an extended stay at one point. The lobby area was nice and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, the bar and breakfast area wasn't up and running yet. The fixtures it the bathtub need some attention. My tub actually had an unsightly chip in the bottom. The room furnature was very basic but in good condition.

this is a very nice hotel with spacious attractive rooms and very nice employees. BUT it had ROKU TV which has no stations that i would watch. I was in Charlotte for a football game and i had to go to a bar to watch the other big games. No Fox news or CNBC. there also was no computer downstairs for guest use. the is pretty standard these days.

Upon my arrival there were what appeared to be homeless people loundering outside on the corner of the hotel. Then someone was right out front with blood dripping from their hand..who knows from what. Pictures online are misleading. Hallway carpet soiled and had a mildew smell. I told front desk clerk I didnt feel safe staying and why. She wouldn't refund me for a room I booked 45 mins prior online and then showed up to this ran down dump! I asked to see the room. Mildew smell. Very Super 8 vibes. I never stayed, never even checked in! DO NOT STAY HERE!!! They could've refunded me but they're obviously pressed for money because nobody is staying at the ran down establishment.

The room was very nice with a separate room with couch and tv. There were no kleenex or washcloths, and only one hand towel .
