Hôtel suffisant pour juste y passer 2 nuits. Attention la photo de tripadvisor ne correspond pas du tout à cet établissement. Parking Petite chambre, grand lit confortable (pour ma part), petite salle d'eau. Mais cela suffit pour le temps que l'on y reste. La clim est appréciée par ces fortes chaleurs. La salle de réception pour le petit déjeuner est en revanche trop petite et en pleine affluence, même les tables extérieures ne suffisent pas. Nous avons dû déjeuner sur la table au niveau de la réception et bouger tous les prospectus, après avoir attendu un moment voir si un emplacement se libérait. Mais bon tant que cela ne dérangeait pas la réceptionniste cela m'allait bien ;-). Le petit déj en lui même copieux Nous avons pu changer de chambre suite à un désagrément sans aucun soucis. J'aurai aimé un petit peu plus de sourire et de convivialité. il a fallut une bonne dizaine de minutes avant que l'on s'occupe de nous. Mon petit bémol, le frigidaire c'est bien, le mirco-ondes pourquoi pas, mais j'aurai bien aimé un sèche cheveux... sûrement mon côté fille qui ressort :-)

We have stayed in Campanile hotels on and off for many years while travelling in France. They are convenient for an overnight stay, are of a consistent standard with reliable food choices. We were, nevertheless, very impressed by our stay at Campanile Futuroscope - despite being extremely busy (a Sunday afternoon in August) the service at Reception was very friendly, welcoming and efficient. Our room was clean and comfortable, the hot buffet evening meal was of a good standard and the overall service in the fbusy restaurant was of a high standard. Breakfast the following morning was also very good. We were very pleasantly surprised by the whole experience of our stay and, in particular, wish to thank Arielle, the Duty Manager at Reception, and Gilles the waiter at both dinner and breakfast for their professionalism. efficiency and good humour.

It os supposed to be a 4 star hotel, but it feels like a 2-3… The breakfast is nothing special, borderline disgusting, in fact it made 3 out of 5 of us vomit. Unrelated to the park because it happened before we went to futuroscope. The room, was super hot, you can not control the Air Conditioner, they do… all you change is the fan speed. The window was so stuck we couldn’t open it the first day, so we slept hot… The second day we were determined to open the window so we finally got it budged open by a bit of force. It says online that pets allowed, yet you pay extra for nothing that includes pets, nothing for the pet itself to me thats pointless and just extra money for nothing. There should be atleast a pet bed or some area to accommodate them or even dog sit them while we were at the park. There is not, or if they have they did not inform. Is it convenient location? Yes, it is pretty close to the park, less than 10 minutes to it and there is a more direct entrance that leads you basically towards the middle of the park. Overall, we were not satisfied with our stay there, definitely not worth the price. And Id label this a 3 star hotel. Beautiful outside on its structure, convenient location, but inside its average, specially the floors/halls have this weird hospital smell.

good trip with a good quality/price value. We certainly return to this hotel if we come back near this place. The breakfast was good with a large choice. The bedrooms have a good space. We have not tried the restaurant, because we thinked it was closed.

We had a marvellous reception, with our dogs, the room was good and clean, the staff all very helpful. The bar area was very pleasant, and we enjoyed the food. After the horrendous events at nearby Chateau de Dissay, it was lovely to be treated so well.

We have stayed in this hotel before but the room was tired and shabby. Ok, so it is cheap and clean but the room was cold when we arrived and it had been booked in advance so to put the heating on should not have been a trouble. One sheet on the bed and a red bed cover, which had burnt marks on it, left us sleeping in our jumpers and with the electric fire on.Ample car parking and a friendly receptionist but the rooms need to be smartened up for us to visit again.

The hotel is very well located next to the highway, which turns out to be an excellent option for those who need to rest in the middle of a long trip. Some employees don't speak English very well, but nothing that with some patience and a word of French in between can't be overcome. Regarding the hotel's conditions, the rooms are a little small for the Mercure standard that we are used to finding in other countries. The breakfast is up to the standards of a Mercure hotel.
