Great location, sweet property. They have their own beach.
Only downside , if you love coffee in the morning- it’s a bit of a drive. They only offer Keurig.

Very happy w hotel…view of ocean fabulous. Everything perfectly maintained. Would definitely return.
Bathroom size was barely adequate..understandable as this is an old building. Bed was sooo high! (I’m only 5’ tall!)

This is an A+ hotel with one significant flaw. The bathrooms are extremly small-6'x5' at best with NO counter space! Otherwise, this is an A+ hotel in everyway: location, staff, spotless housekeeping, condition of the property all exceptional! But the bathrooms, for us is a huge deal breaker!

The grounds of Chatham Tides are absolutely beautiful. The bathrooms are extremely outdated and leave some room for improvement. Bathrooms in the oceanfront efficiencies are very very tight quarters and are not friendly for tall broad people and would not be good for families with small children.

We would definitely stay there again. No complaints. Whatever cleaning solution they use was over whelming (bleach?) We had to open the windows.

This property was perfect for a quiet & relaxing get-away. The beach was RIGHT there and mornings on our deck with its expansive view were phenomenal. The location was very convenient for daily site-seeing we wanted to do. We even added on an extra night while we were there.
My husband forgot his binoculars at home and the office had a pair which they loaned him for four days! Very nice and accomodating staff.

I paid over $500 per night to have an ocean front unit. My view was primarily of the parking lot with the water beyond that. The carpets were very stained and the noise from the unit above was quite annoying. There seemed to be no sound proofing between floors.

After a long day driving/site seeing from Gloucester it was a pleasant surprise pulling in, checking in, unloading into our room. We made reservations months ago from Oregon, I was in charge of this stay in cape cod area and my wife and our best friends were so tickled with the accommodations. Thumbs up. Spotless, charming, coffee on the beach the morning. Just lovely.
