ハンプトン イン チャタヌーガ - ノース / ウールテワー(Hampton Inn Chattanooga-North/Ooltewah)

We enjoyed our stay from beginning to end. Our check in by Kimberly B was fantastic, she has great people skills and you right away feel very comfortable being there, she is very knowledgeable and able to answer all questions. The room was clean which is a priority for me and something I really expect, we weren’t disappointed. Our excitement was the 3 foot deep hot tub, oh we loved it they have an Olympic size pool that is very nice too. Our stay overnight was quiet and the breakfast buffet in the morning with a fireplace in the middle was just such a cozy experience. Checkout went great when Kimberly B helped us again and was able to answer another question I gave her with knowledge and again very good customer service. I would recommend this Hampton Inn to anyone and my recommendation is not easy to get unless the experience is fantastic.

I tried all day to reach the hotel. No one would answer the phone get there and it was like no one wanted to help you the room the heater didn’t work right the shower was for handicap not good.

Phone did not work. Key did not work. No cups for coffee or water. Fan in bathroom broke. No info about TV or restaurants nearby. Very disappointed in this Hampton property.

Older hotel currently undergoing renovations. Close to the highway with lots of highway noise. Lots of fast food options close by.

I was not told the hotel was under remodel i picked the hotel for indoor Pool , but the pool was out of order No public restrooms on lobby level Working , breakfast was subpar. Always liked the hamton inn.but this was terrible

Great breakfast included. Room was clean Pool heater was broken, but hot tub was just fine. The plug in the bath was very stiff. Too hard to open and close with just your hand. I had to stomp it closed with my foot and used pliers to pry it open it to drain the bath.

We waited almost 30 minutes to check in because the computers were down. The toilet in our handicap room was standard height instead of being raised as in all other handicap rooms I have been in. The light beside the bed was out, the toilet was unstable and there was no channel listing for the TV.

Property just fine. Proximity to good restaurant. Room clean. Front desk staff not friendly. Provided needed information however!

The property was nice. I had an issue with the pool not being useable because the heater was broken. I booked the room just for my kids to play. We didn’t even end up staying the night because my kids were bored and had nothing to do. The hotel didn’t offer to accommodate me for the inconvenience and ******* wouldn’t help get me a refund even after calling not long after my arrival.
