ザ・ホテル・シャレー・アット・ザ・チュチュ(The Hotel Chalet at the Choo Choo)

The location is perfect with lots of nice places to eat in a short safe walk and the customer service from the staff was excellent. The property is under major renovations so be prepared for some inconvenience but, the rooms are clean and currently the parking is free. I cannot wait to see to see it completely finished.

You really get what you pay for…the best part about the stay was being able to walk back from the bar. THE HOTEL IS NO LONGER REALLY A PART OF THE TRAIN STATION. Online photos and reviews were very deceiving since many people rated it well due to visiting the station, not the hotel itself. Construction everywhere. It feels like a motel in every way. Not at all what was advertised. We even had creepy phone messages at night. Not kidding. Employees were kind at least. Will not return.

Very nice accommodations, the room was spacious and appeared to have been recently remodeled. The hotel location is perfect for walking around the city. The rail car rooms look amazing but pricey. However I was surprised to find a parking ticket on my car in the hotel parking lot after leaving my license plate number at the desk. :(

This would be a charming hotel if the elevator worked, if there were tea and coffee packets in the rooms, if the shower gel and shampoo dispensers worked, and if the “continental breakfast” included more than a couple of cookies and scones and just regular coffee. Be prepared to pay for parking as well.

I cannot wait to see how extraordinary this property will be once the updates are completed! Our room was perfect! It was comfortable & clean. They have a whole vibe going on, and it’s wonderful! This is one of my favorite hotels I’ve stayed. We loved it!

So everything was great with the property. They did not tell me they that they were going to charge me $19 a day for parking. Communication on that would’ve been nice but overall it was great

Great renovations. Rooms are large and well appointed. Changed rooms only because of newly laid carpet. Shower is awesome .

Great accommodations and location. Room was so nicely decorated and very clean. Will stay again when in town.

We stayed in a train car. 5 star from the moment we arrived at the property. Friendly and extremely helpful staff. The heated floors in the bathroom were a nice surprise.
