The room was clean at first glance, but there was lots of grime and buildup, mostly in the AC unit, which is bad bc you have to breathe that stuff if it's on and this is the South. it's hot, even in Sept. Checkout @10- @9:45 housekeeping was LOUDLY hanging around door. @exactly 10, knocked, very rude when told we were carrying our things down. we had it all out by 10:10. BUT they charged my card $100 saying the room was trashed... it only took 20 min to clean- l sat in my car and watched. i even took the extra step of bagging up all my little trash!

We visited for valentine's weekend, was able to checkin at 2pm. Room clean and nice. Shower was amazing and clean. Only complaint is that we could have used 4 pillows instead of 3.

Just needed a comfortable stay with an inexpensive rate for the night. This provided both. The shower was great with several unique features. Bed was comfortable, room was clean. Breakfast was simple with some granola bars, muffins, juice, and coffee, but for what the room cost is, I was happy with the selections.

I had all 3 of my kids which ages range from 1 to 5. I got a call the next morning after checking in late at night that it was several noise complaint. Granted one of my kids is austic the 5 year old and the 1 year old was being just that a 1 year old. I definitely wouldnt recommend to anyone who has any kids to stay here

From the outside you wonder what you have booked. But our room was all remodeled, floor, ceiling, walls, shower and beds all looked new. Big room. They still have some work to do but it looks like they have done a lot. Breakfast was the basics.

The place is relatively clean, the bed are comfy, and rooms are decent. The people who run it however..... Not so friendly, it honestly felt like I was burdening the guy. The check in and check it times also kinda suck and they won't work with you at ALL about it. 3pm check in 10am check out no questions asked. The breakfast bar leaves a lot to be desired it's basically cereal and muffins. Might stay here in a pinch but will be looking at different places my next time in Chattanooga.

The location of the place is excellent as it is close to highways, though surprisingly quiet. It is also close to lots of restaurants. The surrounding feels a bit sketchy, but as long as you get in and out of your room quickly, I don't think there is too much to worry about. The room is surprisingly well equipped, and very clean. The worst part of my stay was the breakfast. There is no hot items available except the coffee and hot water. The cereal tasted like cardboard, you get some packaged muffins and donuts. The only healthy option is apple.

They did not allow me to stay because we live within 40 miles of the hotel. Had to spend an hour on the phone with my family in the car to get things worked out with ******* to get my refund so I would have money to get a room somewhere. I am still in the process of doing that. We missed our dinner reservations and are stranded as of right now due to *******.

The property was exactly what we were looking for. It was very clean, the rooms were good size and the bed was very comfortable. It isn't not a place where we would vacation, but if you are looking for a room to stay at a reasonable price, it was great.

Needed a last minute hotel for a family member that happened to be passing thru, and we were shocked by the value considering how nice the room was. Definitely leaps and bounds above other “leave the light on” locations that were similar in price. Recommend this place for a low price point and just basic accommodations needed.

Friendly and personable staff who recalled i had stayed there before even though it had probably been over 7 or 8 months since -

Mattress box springs noisy having base guitar sounds. Updated bathroom with extremely nice shower. Limited breakfast.

Arrived at 430pm, waited in lobby rang bell but no service. After 10 minutes I called the hotel and the front desk guy answered from his bed room and was waking up from sleeping. The room was spacious and cleaned. The main shower knob was broken and would not turn on. On check out day the cleaning person didn’t knock, but rudely opened the my locked door as I had the chain latched they quickly shut the door at 9:15 am. Then again at 9:40 the cleaning lady tried to barge in the room without knocking with the chain still latched she stood there with the door opened, I was in my boxers on the bed and she just was complaining that check out is at 10. She wouldn’t shut the door and just kept glaring at me, I finally yelled at her to shut the door. I was out of the room by 10 am. There was no need for her or the other cleaners to invade my privacy during my stay. As I was leaving the property in my car the men and the lady opened my door to my room and as I was pulling away they all just glared at me as if I was a problem.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Super clean!! Nobody allowed to just hang out around the business that wasn't conducting business!
