「環境：環境は素晴らしく、本当に緑の山と緑の海で、部屋の中でもそれを感じることができます。 場所: 場所は言うまでもなく、安吉県の中心にあり、景勝地への旅行に非常に便利で、近くには大きなスーパーマーケットや食品街があります。 設備：充実の設備、広いお部屋、バスタブもありとても快適です！ 衛生面：ロビーは清潔感があり、客室も清潔感があります！ サービス：フロントデスクのウィリアムのサービスは素晴らしく、部屋をアップグレードし、見晴らしの良い部屋を手配してくれたのがポイントです。チェックアウト、それはとても思いやりのあることです!」

「The location is great. There are many shops, eateries and shopping streets within a walking distance from the hotel. Lots of great food even in the middle of the night. The room is really spacious and nice. The beds were comfortable. However, the staff only offered some minimal assistance in the form of verbal explanation to me, a foreign tourist, disappointed that the staff couldnt book a Didi for me. Screams can be heard rather clearly from downstairs in the middle of the night and the lobby is full of cigarette's smell.」

「Ok style business hotel. Ideal for one night but not ideal for tourists. No ammenities nearby for entertainment or shopping of any sorts. Great for a comfortable night’s stay and then moving on the next day. Clean and modern rooms although smaller than expected but offered at very reasonable prices. The breakfast is mostly local fare.」

「部屋もバスルームも広く、ちょっとしたトラブルもすぐに解決してもらえました。ここに泊まって本当に良かったです。スタッフは皆温かく、親切でした。部屋の設備も充実していて、衛生面もとても清潔で整頓されていました。とても快適に過ごせましたし、移動にも便利です。」

「Stayed at numerous Banyan Tree properties and was looking forward to my stay at Banyan Tree Anji. This resort enjoys a stunning setting surrounded by bamboo forests, and most staff members we encountered were friendly and welcoming. Nevertheless, the room condition, cleanliness and facility maintenance were somewhat disappointing. Since we were on a holiday, we chose not to raise issues on-site to avoid seeming overly critical. Several issues were noticed: large cobwebs remained on the balcony, which clearly had not been cleaned for a long time; poor drainage in the toilet and vanity sink; worn and detached door weather stripping. The body lotion ran out after just a few pumps, yet housekeeping failed to check or restock. In addition, the water extractor by the swimming pool was out of service. There is significant room for improvement in routine upkeep and attention to detail. Our butler was earnest and tried her best to deliver thoughtful service.」
