「Very grateful to return to a cozy clean room after a cold cloudy day on the mountain. Very good facilities in the room for the price. We appreciated the early check in allowing us to store our bags in the room before going to the mountain. Hot powerful shower, smart toilet, and good TV. Restaurant downstairs was Ok, there is more food 5 minute walk west. It's right behind the main entrance to the mountain, very convenient. For traveller info - we took the bus to Zhenyuan the next day, tickets available at the counter immediately next to the park entrance ticket. 1 bus a day at 09:30 in December. High quakity minivan, we had it all to ourselves ¥126pp. Hotel is great value for money.」

「酒店豪華氣派，環境優雅。都是管理思維有問題。進房後第一時間便是洗手，洗完後發現整個房間都沒有護膚霜，於是便打電話讓送過來。結果説有啊！服務員敲門進來指著我剛才用來洗手的瓶子説這就是啊！媽媽咪啊，我居然用了人家的護膚霜來洗手！心想這酒店也太豪氣了。於是便問那洗手液呢？回答是“沒有”！洗手盆邊上沒有洗手液卻放著護膚霜。而且上面還貼上“免費使用，請勿帶走”這是什麼操作？難道這年頭住五鑽酒店的客人還會“帶走”這一大瓶不知道是什麼牌子的玩意嗎？」

「We stayed for two nights because the hotel is conveniently located near Fanjingshan. While the location was suitable for our visit, the overall experience was disappointing. The hotel was extremely quiet when we first arrived, and it appeared that we were the only guests during our stay. Unfortunately, the level of service did not meet expectations. On our first night, we requested washing powder so that we could do some laundry. We were told that it had run out and that more would be available the following morning. However, when we checked the next day, there was still no washing powder available. More frustratingly, the staff made no effort to update us on the situation or offer an alternative solution. This lack of communication and initiative was disappointing. The bed was also very hard and uncomfortable. We eventually decided to extend our stay by one more night because my wife was experiencing back pain and preferred not to travel. However, our sleep quality did not improve. At around 6:00 a.m., we were awakened by other guests talking loudly in the corridor and by the constant noise of doors opening and closing. The soundproofing appears to be poor, as noises from the hallway could be clearly heard inside the room. Between the uncomfortable bed, inadequate sound insulation, and the lack of attentiveness from the staff, we did not get the restful stay we had hoped for. .」

「這次梵凈山住宿體驗超棒！雖然忘記拍照，但房間和圖片介紹完全一致，乾淨整潔，房間裏還放了兩本關於梵凈山的書，孩子特別喜歡，自己做起了攻略。酒店離景區也很近，孩子爸爸徒步到景區大概10分鐘，還有接送景區的服務。到店後老闆熱情幫忙提行李，服務特別周到。早餐有麪條和米粉，老闆還會主動問夠不夠吃，店裡也可以點餐，味道不錯，價格公道。我們接近中午上山，來不及吃午飯，老闆還特意給孩子拿了兩個雞蛋，特別暖心。排隊坐索道耽誤了幾個小時，一直到晚上八點多快九點才下山，都擔心老闆可能不會來接了，老闆二話不説很快就來了。全程貼心又有人情味，性價比超高，來梵凈山強烈推薦這家！」

「Apologies first, i didn’t take enough pics which didn’t do this place justice 😭😭🫠 But this place, WAS THE BEST STAY i had in my 11 day trip on china, not that the others wasn’t great but this was 💯/10. i love the place so clean, the deco was so 💯👌🏻🤌 chef kiss. And the boss and boss lady were such a great looking couple!!! and they are so nice too, they packed us grapes for our hike and look at the food , it was solid!!! the 阿姨s were so very nice too. I should mention we arrived at the hotel 2am and the boss still helped us checked in so late at night 🥹🥹🥹 also special shoutout to the driver Mr. 李 who is also so kind to so patiently waited for us 🥹🥹🥹. Will forever remember this place for the dope accommodation and amazing 5 star service and honestly the genuine kindness these people have. 💓💓💓」

「環境は良く、部屋の遮音性も良く、家全体にスマートなゲストコントロールがあり、私のような眠りが浅い人でも快適に眠ることができます。ご不明な点がございましたら、フロントデスクに電話して店長にお尋ねください。問題はすぐに解決され、効率的に作業でき、非常に満足しています。 ！ベッドは快適で、設備は素晴らしく、環境はエレガントで、交通は便利で、コストパフォーマンスが高く、梵浄山の入り口に非常に近く、わずか数分です。値段も手頃で、サービスも丁寧で、朝食もとても美味しく、夫は2杯食べました。江口と梵浄山に来たら、そこの場所を選ぶことを強くお勧めします。絶対に足を踏み入れないでください。ここに滞在した後の私の実際の経験は素晴らしいです！」

「当ホテルは、景勝地に近い絶好のロケーションにありながら、喧騒の中にありながら静かな環境にあります。すべて非常に満足しています。サービスもとても丁寧です。ホテル内のレストランもとても美味しいので、休暇を過ごすのに最適です。」

「The hotel is located at the entrance to the road leading to the fanjingshan scenic area. It will take you around a 15mins walk or so to reach the tourist centre where you can purchase your tickets to enter the park. The hotel is mostly aurrounded by fellow hotels and restaurants and a tiny weeny convenience stall just beside the hotel. The plump lady receptionist might sound crude but she is extremely friendly and helpful. The reception area is sparse but the room is defintely okay.not many guests when i was staying there. It is worth a stay though there is nothing much to do around the area and if your aim is just to visit fanjingshan」

「部屋は居心地が良く快適で、サービスも心温まるものでした。9月29日の夕方にホテルに到着しました。フロントの女性が霧雨の中、駐車スペースに車を停めるように案内してくれてチェックインしました。30日の午後は大雨が降りました。フロントの女性は傘をさして、荷物を受け取ってホテルに入るゲストを迎えてくれました。天気は涼しかったですが、心は温まりました❤️ レストランは清潔で整然としていて、サービスは温かく思いやりがあり、朝食は豊富で、幸せな食事を楽しみました👍 チェックアウト時にホテルに電源コードを忘れましたが、フロントの女性がすでに届けてくれました。つまり、美しい景色だけでなく、印象的な貴州瑞森ホテルもあり、楽しい旅行でした。」

「チェックインはとても便利です。改札まで2分、切符売り場から100メートル以上、駐車場はドアにあり、無料駐車場をスキャンします。ホテルにはエレベーターがあり、荷物を運ぶのにとても便利です。 1階のレストランでは、地元の野菜、山麻魚を食べることができます。彼の酸っぱいスープの魚はお勧めする価値があります。 部屋は清潔で衛生的で、防音対策が施され、スマートトイレが備わっており、エアコンも良好です。 上司は良いサービス態度を持っており、荷物を手伝ってくれます。お勧めする価値があります。」
