「During my recent stay in Ordos City, I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the hotel. It was exceptionally clean and spacious, creating a welcoming atmosphere right from the start. One of the most convenient aspects of this hotel is its prime location; it is situated near popular attractions such as Wanda Plaza, the zoo, and a variety of restaurants. Additionally, the bus stop located directly in front of the hotel makes it easy to explore the city. The comfort of the accommodations was a mixed experience, however. While the quilt provided was soft and cozy, its thickness made it uncomfortable when the air conditioning was turned off. Unfortunately, the air conditioning unit itself left much to be desired. It produced a loud, typhoon-like noise, and I found that it didn’t effectively cool the room to a comfortable temperature. Despite the issues with the air conditioning, I would still recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Ordos City. Its cleanliness, roominess, and convenient location make it a solid choice for travelers.」

「房間大小合適，雖然設施有些陳舊但基本齊全，房間較乾淨整潔，床鋪寬大、軟硬適中。衞生間乾濕分離，洗漱用品缺少的話，可電聯前台，機器人直接送到房間門口自取即可，很方便。 酒店有停車場，免費停車，自駕遊較合適。 下單時帶有兩份早餐，早餐為自助，花樣品種不少，作為經濟性酒店，性價比較高。 值晚班和次日早班的前台服務員待人熱情、禮貌專業。」

「部屋の大きさは適切で、設備は古いですが基本的に完全で、部屋は清潔で、通りに面した部屋は朝に少し騒がしいです。 フロントデスクのスタッフはより熱心です。 ホテルの裏庭に駐車場があり、無料駐車場があります。 ホテルにはレストランはなく、朝食は部屋に届けられます。 ホテルはスナック通りに近く、食事にとても便利です。」

「ホテルのフロント、チーハイさんを褒めたいです。接客態度が素晴らしく、そのプロフェッショナルな能力には感服しました！ 当日、悪天候で雨の中、道中疲れてホテルに到着しました。店に入るとすぐにチーハイさんの温かい挨拶を受け、一瞬で気持ちが和らぎました。チェックイン手続きは手際よく効率的で、手順も明確でした。さらに、ホテルの感染症対策や客室利用上の注意点なども丁寧に教えてくれました。 後日、急遽レイトチェックアウトをお願いしたのですが、チーハイさんは関連するルールを辛抱強く説明し、合理的に時間を調整して、私の要望を最大限に満たしてくれました。対応は柔軟で人間的です。話し方は穏やかで礼儀正しく、終始笑顔で対応してくれました。おざなりな態度は一切なく、すべてのお客様に温かく丁寧に対応しています。仕事は真面目で献身的で、サービスの細部まで行き届いており、細かな点からもプロ意識が伺えます。次回もこのホテルを優先して選びます。」

「First impression of the hotel was good. We stayed at 25th floor, So that the room is bigger than others. The reason we choose this hotel because It has a swimming pool. So, after checking in, I went to check the pool. I was shocked to see so many people there. It turned out there was a swimming lesson with 6 instructors and twenty something students. The lesson is running from 9am to 8.30pm. ( pool is closed at 9.30 and only 4 line.) I was very disappointed, therefore I called the duty manager and told him the issue. Soon after, the front seat manager Mr Li came to my room with apologetic attitude. Even though he couldn't resolved the issue, we felt that it was out of his hand. Food at fifth floor was so so. Breakfast has a lot of room to improve. If you want to relax in the pool. Don't go there. Otherwise it is a good choice to have a peaceful sleep.」
