「ホテルに入るとすぐに、とても高級で高級感がありました。荷物を届けるのを手伝ってくれるロボットがいて、ウェイターが2階に案内してくれました。チェックイン時にウェルカムフルーツをくれました。一人暮らしもとても安全でした。 24時間対応のフロントデスクがあり、設備も整っています。 、家全体がスマートです、家の中にはブランドのスキンケア製品があります。使い捨てトイレパッド、飲み物、スナック水、細部が整っています。部屋もとても清潔で広としていて明るいです。チェックアウトしたとき、フロントの女性もコーヒーを作るのを手伝ってくれました。サービスは整っています、お勧めです!」

Ko bole jalan kaki je ke situ betul2 sebelah homestay ni. Utk main maybe budak2 suka la tapi utk dewasa mcm kurang sikit. Ad sediakan halal meal tapi x sedap sgt. Mahal jugak sebab portion besar. Kalau dtg berdua kurang berbaloi. Bilik dia ok. Air panas dia cun². Cuma bilik dia kalau stay lebih sehari akan ad bau mcm daging goreng tapi xde la busuk. Maybe sbab sini pon restaurant jugak. Aq amik yg double room. Pakai kang. Mcm toto je. Kalau badan besar mungkin x selasa sgt. Anak owner boleh speaking so agak mudah utk berurusan. Stay 3 hari 2 malam dah cukup dkat sini kalau ad aktiviti dkat bear mountain. Kalau x buat aktiviti 1 malam dh cukup.」

「這段旅程中最令人滿意的地方。別墅外部環境太美了。睡醒拉開窗簾就能近距離看到霧凇。晚上吃飽後和住店客人一起跳篝火舞。晚點還可以到大舞台唱歌。台下的觀眾各個都是氣氛組員，社恐在這都能放飛自我。前台小姐姐和服務員阿姨們，也特別健談，坐在炕上和她們閑聊就像家人一樣。 回來馬上推薦給身邊想來東北玩的朋友們，真的不容錯過的一家旅店。」

「Worth staying.We enjoy great scenery,very cold weather and beautiful nature.The guest house owner was the best host.I give 5 star for their warm and hospitality.They always willing to help the guest despite language barrier.We communicate through Google translate to ask for help and anything and the problem solved.Got free tanghulu.So yummy.Very satisfied with this short vacation.For sure will come again here if given a chance.」

「The guesthouse owner is very attentive and friendly. They gave you the feelings like you are staying at your own hometown. They are Muslim friendly as they prepared breakfast using seperate utensils and treat you like their own family. There is also Makanan Melayu menu that they prepared for Muslim if you want to eat for dinmer or lunch. The price is affordable. At the guesthouse, there is a poster of snow activities that you can do written in English translation. Just point to what do you want to do and the owner will directly arrange somebody to pick you up and drop off to the guesthouse again once activity is done. I did the ski playground activity and Wu Song Ling , both of the experience is very great. If you travel solo, then this guesthouse is perfect for you as they really caring and attentive to make sure you are safe and comfortable. I also got to eat frozen fruit given by the owner. No need to worry if you cannot speak chinese as the owner is equipped with translation devices. The owner can arrange the bus to come from Harbin City to Snow Valley, and also when you want to go back. The bus drop directly infront of the guesthouse with the owner already waiting to help with your luggage.」

「老闆娘很好，入住前就會幫你聯繫車。晚上會帶小朋友做各種活動。免費的凍梨凍柿子隨便吃。帶小朋友們做糖葫蘆。出門各種關照，就怕小朋友凍着。大廚做飯也很好吃。入住第一天下午，大廚空餘時間還幫娃剷雪玩。陪娃玩了好久。真的好愛民宿的每一個人。下次來還住這兒。」

「We had a wonderful stay here. The owner is extremely kind and helpful. They helped us arrange transportation from Harbin to Snow Village & Snow Valley, and also back to Harbin, which made our trip very smooth and stress-free. They also arranged our snow activities at Bear Ridge, so everything was well taken care of. They were very accommodating and even taught us how to throw hot water in the cold weather — such a fun experience! The room was warm and comfortable, even when the temperature outside was very cold. The bathroom was equipped with a smart toilet, which made our stay even more comfortable. Breakfast was provided every morning and it was delicious. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay here and truly appreciate the owner’s hospitality. Highly recommended!」

「My family and 1 really enjoyed staying 2 nights here. The host makes you feel like home. They understand that we are Muslims and provide Muslim's food. The host, Jasper can speak very good English. He helped us to arrange our transportation from Harbin to Snow Valley, from Snow Valley to Snow Town and arrange private transfer from Snow Valley to Siberia Tiger Park , Ice Snow World and back to our hotel in Harbin. We can never forget how wonderful our trip to Bear Mountains. Fun activities such as tube gliding, banana boat, snow mobile, skiing and play games. We even went for ice fish catching on a frozen river and brought back the fish to the hotel. All in all , we are very very happy.」
