「Worth staying.We enjoy great scenery,very cold weather and beautiful nature.The guest house owner was the best host.I give 5 star for their warm and hospitality.They always willing to help the guest despite language barrier.We communicate through Google translate to ask for help and anything and the problem solved.Got free tanghulu.So yummy.Very satisfied with this short vacation.For sure will come again here if given a chance.」

「owner dia mmg padu. Banyak membantu. Aq tertinggal ipad dkat snow town dia tlg arrangekan pick up ipad tu sbab hotel dkat snow town tu xnk membantu. Sini yg best ad frozen water fall. Ko bole jalan kaki je ke situ betul2 sebelah homestay ni. Utk main maybe budak2 suka la tapi utk dewasa mcm kurang sikit. Ad sediakan halal meal tapi x sedap sgt. Mahal jugak sebab portion besar. Kalau dtg berdua kurang berbaloi. Bilik dia ok. Air panas dia cun². Cuma bilik dia kalau stay lebih sehari akan ad bau mcm daging goreng tapi xde la busuk. Maybe sbab sini pon restaurant jugak. Aq amik yg double room. Pakai kang. Mcm toto je. Kalau badan besar mungkin x selasa sgt. Anak owner boleh speaking so agak mudah utk berurusan. Stay 3 hari 2 malam dah cukup dkat sini kalau ad aktiviti dkat bear mountain. Kalau x buat aktiviti 1 malam dh cukup.」

「We had a wonderful stay here. The owner is extremely kind and helpful. They helped us arrange transportation from Harbin to Snow Village & Snow Valley, and also back to Harbin, which made our trip very smooth and stress-free. They also arranged our snow activities at Bear Ridge, so everything was well taken care of. They were very accommodating and even taught us how to throw hot water in the cold weather — such a fun experience! The room was warm and comfortable, even when the temperature outside was very cold. The bathroom was equipped with a smart toilet, which made our stay even more comfortable. Breakfast was provided every morning and it was delicious. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay here and truly appreciate the owner’s hospitality. Highly recommended!」

「The guesthouse owner is very attentive and friendly. They gave you the feelings like you are staying at your own hometown. They are Muslim friendly as they prepared breakfast using seperate utensils and treat you like their own family. There is also Makanan Melayu menu that they prepared for Muslim if you want to eat for dinmer or lunch. The price is affordable. At the guesthouse, there is a poster of snow activities that you can do written in English translation. Just point to what do you want to do and the owner will directly arrange somebody to pick you up and drop off to the guesthouse again once activity is done. I did the ski playground activity and Wu Song Ling , both of the experience is very great. If you travel solo, then this guesthouse is perfect for you as they really caring and attentive to make sure you are safe and comfortable. I also got to eat frozen fruit given by the owner. No need to worry if you cannot speak chinese as the owner is equipped with translation devices. The owner can arrange the bus to come from Harbin City to Snow Valley, and also when you want to go back. The bus drop directly infront of the guesthouse with the owner already waiting to help with your luggage.」

「ที่พักที่นี่ดีมากกก เกินคาดสุดๆ ทั้งราคาและคุณภาพ 🏔️ ราคาถูก แต่ห้องกว้าง สะอาด ห้องน้ำมีสายฉีดชำระ (ปลื้มมาก!) มีห้องอาหารและพื้นที่ส่วนกลางขนาดใหญ่ มีเวทีให้ร้องเพลง บรรยากาศเหมือนเป็นจุดรวมตัวของทุกคนในโรงแรม เราไปคนเดียวแต่ไม่เหงาเลย 💕 ตอนแรกตั้งใจจองแค่คืนเดียว สุดท้ายเปลี่ยนใจอยู่ต่อรวมทั้งหมด 3 คืน เพราะชอบมากจริงๆ เรามีมุมโปรดที่จะออกไปนั่งกินเบียร์ กินกาแฟ ได้เจอเพื่อนใหม่เพียบ บรรยากาศอบอุ่น ทุกคนดูแลกันดีมาก เจ้าของและพนักงานน่ารักสุดๆ และยังได้ของขวัญมากมาย ทั้งขนมและเครื่องดื่ม ประทับใจและอบอุ่นใจมาก 🥹 วิวด้านหลังที่พักคือสุดจึ้ง! มีชิงช้าให้นั่งเล่น หนาวแค่ไหนก็ยังอยากออกไปนั่ง ชอบมุมนี้มากจริงๆ ❄️ เหมาะมากสำหรับคนที่มองหาที่พักแถว Snow Valley โดยเฉพาะสายเที่ยวคนเดียว บอกเลยว่าตอบโจทย์สุดๆ ที่พักมีร้านกาแฟด้วยนะคะ มีทั้งอเมริกาโน่ ชานมไข่มุก แถมเรายังไปช่วยเขียนเมนูภาษาไทยไว้ให้ด้วย 555 ☕️🧋 เราวางแผนจะกลับมาอีกปีหน้าแน่นอน และถ้ามา Snow Valley ยังไงก็ต้องพักที่นี่อีกครั้ง ❤️ แนะนำจากใจจริงค่ะ」

「The soul of this hotel is the owner himself. He really had make the stay memorable and also exciting! The first day of our arrival, we were treated to making tang hulu (for free) that is sold everywhere in this cold city and after that he even demonstrated the making of the fireworks himself! The next day when we book a 雾松岭 (Wu song lin) package, we arrived at 9am there. O our amazement, he’s at the top greeting us, and learnt that that he was there since 7 am accompanying the morning group at sub zero temperature. He actually accompanied all the activities that we did, and also acted as a photographer, taking us to take the best shot! What was the most heart warming moment is that he actually accompanied my daughter who wanted to skid and ran after her afraid that she will fall! Truly impressed by his dedication. Also, we can do the 泼水成冰 （splashing water which turns into ice) activity for free, and was allowed to do multiple time till perfect. This is quite nice, since to our knowledge, some other places charge a price for this activity. At night, we decided to take dinner and he actually is the one that cooks the dinner. While initially we were skeptical about the place, we have decided to write this review to recommend people to patronize this place. While undoubtedly it was cold, our hearts were warmed by the kind hospitality. Very impressive and happy that we had chosen this hotel. For those considering if you should stay in Snow Valley 雪谷, we recommend this place — tip: they can even arrange a bus/ scenic transport to snow town. Very comprehensive service 👍」
