「I am very disappointed with my experience at the Garner Hotel. Due to the extreme heat of 38°C, I travelled overnight and arrived in the morning, hoping the hotel would make some effort to accommodate me. As a regular guest, this would have been my sixth stay at the Garner Hotel, so I expected at least some consideration. Unfortunately, the reception staff showed no willingness to help or offer any solution, despite the circumstances and despite the fact that I had already paid for my room. The only person who showed any empathy was the lady working at the bar and serving breakfast, who kindly checked on me a couple of times. In the end, although my room had already been paid for, I decided to book another hotel, where I was welcomed with kindness and understanding. Sadly, after being a loyal customer, this experience has left me with a very negative impression, and I will think twice before staying at the Garner Hotel again.」

「Ich habe als Firma drei Zimmer für insgesamt drei Personen im Hotel Holiday Inn – the niu Erlangen gebucht. Alle Gäste haben sich sehr wohlgefühlt und waren rundum zufrieden. Die Zimmer waren sauber und ordentlich, ebenso das Badezimmer. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die sehr freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Damen an der Rezeption. Das Frühstück war ausreichend und gut. Insgesamt ist dieses Hotel für Geschäftsreisende absolut empfehlenswert – sogar mehr als das. Wir kommen jederzeit gerne wieder zurück, ebenso wie unsere Geschäftspartner.」
