「Nice facility and good location connected to a shopping mall which has almost everything! I liked the breakfast and room as well.」

「Clean compact room that has all but not a hairdryer. Water dispenser just outside room. BF is adequate and kitchen ready to cook a meal when you need them. We were at the high floor and treated to fire works just before midnight 1.1.2025. Short drive to palace compound.」

「古いホテルですが、それでも良いです。 4つ星。内装はクラシックですが、よく手入れされています。そんなみすぼらしいものや古臭いものではありません。とても芸術的で、ホテルはとても快適です。 + フレンドリーなスタッフ + 優れたサービス (オンラインで注文した食べ物を部屋まで届けてくれます) + スイミングプールは午後9時まで + 冷たいエアコン + 部屋はかなり広いです + 充実のアメニティ + 好立地（CN駅から徒歩約300m） ・アイロンなし（貸出不可・有料） - 朝食は食べ物の選択肢があまり多くありません。味はまあまあ、特別なことは何もありません - フロントの隣にある小さなカフェ。ドリンクの質の割に少し値段が高い * カードを 1 枚取得、追加の場合はデポジット 50,000 が必要」

「I have been a loyal guest at this hotel for the past four years, and while I have consistently appreciated the warm hospitality and exceptional service provided by the staff, I have noticed a lack of updates and modernization in the hotel's facilities. The rooms, while comfortable, appear to be in need of refurbishment, retaining a somewhat rustic and outdated aesthetic. Similarly, the gym equipment seems to be in need of upgrade or replacement, which may impact the overall guest experience. I believe that with some investment in updating the rooms and facilities, this hotel could significantly enhance its offerings and better meet the evolving needs and expectations of its guests. Despite these areas for improvement, the hotel's friendly and supportive staff have consistently been a highlight of my stays. I hope that the hotel will consider these suggestions and prioritize updates to its facilities to ensure a more modern and enjoyable experience for future guests.」

「Hotel Citradreamは、私がチルボンで勤務しているときはいつも常連です。どこにでも近い格安ホテル。唯一のマイナスは、屋外にバイク用の駐車場がなく、バイクを保管する場所がないことです。ホテルのスタッフ全員がフレンドリーというわけではなく、不機嫌な鶏のような意地悪な顔をしている人もいます」

「Good location, descent room size and staffs were very helpful. However, management could have done better in terms of taking care of cleanliness (bedsheet and towel are kinda dull, no longer bright white in color) and please do something about the noise in the room coming from the street. I cant fall asleep until 00:30 due to the noise from the street and I have to asked the staff to move me to another room. Management can also consider to have a basic extra service like lending phone charger and cable.」

「Hotel location near grage mall (by car around 10 minutes) and other mall as well. Across hotel, there is holycow steak restaurant. We went to sunyaragi cave by car around 15 minutes. Since fasting month, many local restaurants are closed. Few amenities and hotel's slipper only 1, room condition clean as well. Air con cold enough but not maximum. Very recomended to stay, i will stay again if go to cirebon. a long coridor 5th floor space need to be cleaned (maybe carpet) cause a little bit smelly.」
