「Excellent laundry service. The room we booked was listed as a non-smoking room on the application, but it was actually a smoking room. The man at reception told us that our request for a non-smoking room had not been received by the hotel and that the hotel did not have non-smoking twin rooms in the first place. We showed the non-smoking room listed on the Trip.com reservation page to the two representatives at the reception and they changed us to a family room with no windows. The room was non-smoking, but it smelled like cleaning chemicals, so we asked the front desk again the next day and the different receptionist assigned us a non-smoking twin room. The non-smoking twin room was very comfortable, but this whole process wore us down.」
