In the Analects of Confucius, there is a saying: "Harmony is precious in the use of propriety." That is to say, "Harmony is precious.". 1. 24hr personalised service. Staff will try to fulfill clients whatever needs required.
2. All staff are extremely polite and helpful
3. Ambience is calm and serene
4. Breakfast is good
Negative:
For travellers the nearest MRT is around 10min walks so carrying big luggages alis inconvenient

Beautiful hotel located within residential area, 10 mins car ride to 奎星楼，宽窄巷子。
The hotel is very new and despite slightly short-handed, the hotel staff tried their best to provide good service.
Highly recommended for travellers who do not wish to stay within commercial area.

Truly a superb and memorable experience. The hotel is tucked away on a quiet street. Very peaceful yet still close to everything worth seeing in Chengdu. The tea house that is connected to the hotel, just across the street, is a special place. The staff that run it are incredibly hospitable and gentle people. They were very patient as to explain all things tea to me, a non-Chinese speaker. And the tea was some of the best I've ever had. Mr. Tang is so happy to share in conversation over tea - I was honored to share those moments with him. The breakfast is nice. The rooms are gorgeous with a very smart and clean design. The staff did an amazing job making me feel welcome, even when we weren't always able to speak the same language. The owners of the hotel and Tina made me feel more than welcome. Happy to say I made some friends during this short visit. I will definitely choose this hotel when I return to Chengdu.

選擇這家酒店，是有點臨時有點隨意的決定，所以也有點半開盲盒的心理準備。
沒想到，都是驚喜。
先説硬件。從公共區域到房內陳設，無不大氣精緻，又充滿質感。傢俱是實木的，衞浴是高儀的，電視是立式的，連毛巾都厚實柔軟，無不體現出酒店經營者的高品味和好眼光。
再説軟件。服務人員始終笑臉相迎，禮貌周到，卻不會過於熱情。比較有代表性的環節就是，每天會預報晚安甜湯的品種，並提前確認住客是否需要。
也説早餐。半自助的早餐，品種雖不多，但主打一個新鮮美味，而且中式西式其實都有照顧到。最為驚艷的是作為主食之一的抄手，現包現下，皮滑肉鮮，配上極具當地特色的清湯底，能夠開啟一天的好心情。
最後補充一些格調小細節：1）房間的窗簾是純棉純麻的，自然細膩的手感讓房間又添幾分舒適感；2）早餐的果汁不但是鮮榨的，而且用的是常温水果，這在深秋時分顯得尤為體貼；
總之，是很滿意的住宿體驗，滿意到還沒退房就開始向朋友推薦了。希望今後還有機會再次入住。

特別好！酒店很有腔調！睡覺很舒服！很安靜！又有文化底藴！早餐也很豐富！服務態度特別好！老闆一直親力親為！那天晚上到的很晚，也一直在等。還有管家服務，我們爬完山下來，老公説想做按摩，酒店就有！是精油，一套下來超值！對面還有奉茶院，可玩的項目很多，很安逸的院子，喝喝茶，説説話，靜靜心！沒住夠！下次來成都還要住！
