the location is far from Philadelphia around 25 minutes. Breakfast was good. My room was nice in general, but there was a cicada in it, it didn't make me sleep.. I poured water behind the air conditioner where the sound came from, then the sound stopped, but I listened to it for 3 hours.

The rooms are small and the bathrooms ridiculously small. Breakfast is very good! Coffee, even first thing in the morning, is usually not hot; just warm. Brought it to their attention but they never figured it out. Very friendly staff! Exercise room is small.

This place is amazing very very clean the staff are very friendly, professional and hospitable if there's a problem they get on it right away (i had a coffee pot issue) and the breakfast OMG hot or cold amazing the cook Michelle she's the best. Ron the manager the best. I was very impressed and if I in need of a hotel when I'm in the area this is my go without a doubt. Thank you Holiday Inn Express you get 10 stars.

Everything was satisfactory

Upon arrival, one elevator was out of order, and there were only two, side by side. 2 night both elevators were out of order. Upon arriving, there was no communication about the elevator issue, only signs on the elevator door. Front desk was good at communicating, but it had to be initiated by me. Also, the room’s arrangement of bathroom and coffee maker and microwave was difficult!

Its nice and clean. Our room didnt need no further cleaning or items needed right away. My only thing, there's no vents! Your in a room with no air circulation. The condensation builds up on the heater and bathroom, cannot really sleep right becasue you get hot, then cold, then the room gets moggy so you have to constantly change from dry air, cool and warm. Plumbing isnt good, water pressure makes the toilet take long to flush and doesnt have a strong fluah and a lot of times not even all the pee will flush on the first flush. Shower is great and clean! Other then no vents, its a great place to stay, front desk was nice, rooms were clean, has a fridge and u get breakfast. I would stay here again but would look around first because i dont like stale air. But we extended our stay because it is nice

This was our first time staying here and it was nice. Check in was easy and the woman who checked me in was welcoming and nice. Our room was clean and smelled fresh but very tight in space to maneuver around with multiple people in the room. From the room itself to the bathroom. Kudos to housekeeping for the little extra touches with the fanned towels and a flower on the T.P. instead of the standard triangle(yes. I noticed and appreciated it) The beds were soft and cozy. You can hear quite a bit of noise when people walk the hallway or even close their doors. The fire alarm went off around 6:30am as we were getting ready to leave. There was no actual fire but it was a little unnerving, especially at that hour of the morning. The breakfast set up looked really good and well presented. Overall it was a decent stay. We would stay again.

Stay was nice...comfy and clean. It was just very noisy...people slamming doors early in the AM. I think they had all of their visitors grouped in the same area which was a very bad idea. Spread us out...theres plenty of rooms available. Very noisy tvs and chatter...not good for a nights rest!

Room didn’t have tv, requested for another room and they gave us the key to an already occupied room.
